This is the first time we've been to Vietnam, and hopefully not the last. We stayed with my husband at the hotel for 12 days from March 29. We were very satisfied. We lived in a deluxe bungalow with partial sea views. The hotel grounds are well maintained, the breakfasts are excellent, the room is cleaned and linen and towels are changed daily. The hotel is very well located, almost in the center of the village of Mui Ne. Nearby cafes, shops, fruit stalls, motorbike rentals, pharmacies, travel agencies. Everything you need to eat!!! We recommend the hotel for everyone!!

The hotel is stunningly clean and well maintained. Located in the very center of the tourist area of Mui Ne, close to everything you need - cafes, shops, pharmacies. The territory is small, quiet, very nice. We lived in bungalow 622, the exit is not to the path, but a little deeper, next to a small pond with water lilies and banana trees, near the bungalow there is a sunbed and a table, perfect privacy. The pool is large and deep enough to swim in, there are good thick mattresses on the sun beds, and the towels are large and comfortable. The rooms are perfectly clean, cleaning every day, change of towels and linen, everything is fresh. Asian-European style breakfasts. Boiled eggs, omelette, sausages, cheese, sausages, fritters, some pastries and gorgeous fruits (pitahaya, pineapple, watermelon, bananas, passion fruit). Very tasty milk puddings. Porridges are made only with water and, mostly, with additives (such as "meat porridge"). This is what we ate. Everything is always fresh. There is no coffee machine, the coffee from the coffee maker is warm and cold (in Vietnam it is customary to drink iced coffee with condensed milk). There is a very beautiful pond with fat carp on the territory. You can buy drinks at the pool bar for a very low price. The staff is very friendly, they try to help, but they speak Russian and especially English poorly. We went to eat most often at Snail45, 3 minutes to the left of the hotel, the owner speaks Russian, the menu is extensive, the prices are more than affordable. We've been to Madame Dean's a few times, 10 minutes to the right of the hotel. (Almost all Russians eat there). Delicious, very cheap, homemade. To the right of the hotel, two minutes away, there is a small local shop. I really liked the hotel and the place of Mui Ne itself with good-natured, open-minded people.

The room is large and smells pleasantly of citrus. One evening we had to wash with almost cold water, because there was no hot water, it was already late, we decided not to torment the hotel staff at night. In general, they respond very quickly to the requests of the guests. Everything is delicious for breakfast. There is a pond with fish that can be fed. I was surprised that you can swim in the pool for up to 22 hours. The hotel has one of the best beaches in Mui Ne, because if you go along the beach to the left, there are some strange breakwaters, and rocks to the right. And the hotel's location is also better from the street, as it seemed to me. There were very strong waves for two days, I was hit by a wave so that the stars even flew. Be careful of the coconut sellers who walk along the beach, they deceive tourists. I gave her 500 thousand VND, that's about 1600 rubles for our money, and she only gave me 60 thousand VND in change, that's about 190 rubles, so count everything for everyone right away. On the tour, I was told that it was the sellers who were trying to communicate with everyone. I realized the main rule is that in Vietnam, money and purchased goods need to be recalculated, otherwise they often tried to give less and underage. We went to change the money at the Bruce Lee store, there is a favorable exchange rate, and they give the change correctly)) We went to different places to eat, there are plenty of cafes there, and we ate our fill of fruits and seafood from the bottom of our hearts. Everything is very tasty and cheap. It takes about 4 hours to drive from the airport to the hotel. We bought excursions at Dima Tour, which is the cheapest there. In general, I liked the hotel. I recommend.

There are enough sun beds for everyone, there are not very many vacationers, at the end of April, most of the bungalows were renovated. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied, lots of fruits (mango, papaya, bananas, magnosteen, watermelons and pineapples), milk puddings and yogurt, traditional Vietnamese and European dishes, cheese, hash browns, several types of ham and sausage, they make omelets, scrambled eggs, phobos, very good coffee of several types, fresh juices). We do not recommend taking dinners, it is monotonous (8 sets for all days) and not tasty. There are plenty of restaurants nearby (across the street). The staff reacts quickly to everything and is very friendly to the guests. Decent massage masters. There are no living creatures (cockroaches, ants in the rooms), powerful heating systems, towels and bed linen are changed every day, as well as rooms are cleaned. The beach line is clean, the water is one at a time, sometimes there is a lot of garbage floating (1 time in 10 days), sometimes there are jellyfish and there are a lot of them.

The food is great.. but.. very big, but watch what you eat.. only fried or well-boiled! Buy health insurance without fail! Believe me, it's important!)) For lunch and dinner, cross the street to Madame's.. I don't remember how) but, great food and service at a sooo good price.. don't spare a tip on the first day and you'll be lucky in general)) In general, eating and drinking is not a problem. There are many different restaurants, and a taxi to Mui Ne is fast and inexpensive. Buy beer and alcohol at the store across the street - a little to the left)) Bottom line - I recommend to rest, but with food carefully!)

The beach is super, the entrance is on sand, the neighbors have already washed away the beach, some have concrete steps, others have huge bags of sand. Please check the satellite maps before booking. Since there is everything in the village within walking distance. Russian Russian shops, pharmacies, massage parlors, cafes (they even found Russian cuisine and portions there for a Russian person, they will bring it so they will bring it). Prices vary, some drinks are cheaper, some food. You also need to look for the exchange rate, the best one was found in the pharmacy on the left side of the exit from the hotel. A moped was rented at the hotel for $ 8 a day, they did not find a gas station, they gave it out with almost an empty tank, but there was enough gasoline for a ride, they returned it with a burning light bulb))) Yes, and you need to be prepared for small animals in the dwelling, we had two lizards, it was unusual at first, but since they always hid, they were almost forgotten in the end, plus a frog in the green area near the bungalow, I thought it would be worse. The hotel has a very beautiful green area, very well maintained, every day the staff takes care of the territory, right behind every blade of grass, which surprised us. There is a fish pond near the dining room where breakfast and fish food are served. There is also a hammock and a swing on site. Beach: the hotel has the cleanest beach, and every evening we watched the staff clean the sand. We went for a walk along the beach, as you go to the right, it's immediately dirty outside the territory. There are few sun beds on the beach, mostly by the pool, and it takes 1 minute to walk down to the beach from the pool. There is a shower and a foot wash. There is security at the pool and the beach, we lay on the sun beds by the pool, left things, did not steal anything. We got in when there were waves, but we were swimming, and at the end of the rest there were none at all, there was a smooth surface and not a single kite. The water is like fresh milk, high. There is a kite school nearby. The pool has billiards, a cafe, and you can order food and drinks for a fee. Discount coupons are given upon check-in. Food: we only had breakfast, you won't stay hungry, there is always something to choose from - fruits, drinks, omelets, pancakes, soups, scrambled eggs, cereals, vegetables, some hot dishes like stews, meat (I don't eat that for breakfast :) that's why I didn't look too closely). Check-in: we arrived in the evening, checked in quickly, gave discount coupons to a cafe and a massage for 30 minutes (we went, but the prices are more expensive than on the street, and the masters are the same as in the salons :)) there is a very good massage parlor right next to it. They gave me a welcome drink and escorted me to my room and helped me carry my suitcase. Number: We lived in a hotel, not in a bungalow, an ordinary room, a bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a safe, a mirror, a shower with toilet, a safe, a bathrobe, slippers, shower gel and shampoo, a mini-bar, free water every day, 2 bottles, the furniture is normal and not damaged. I advise you to take a hair dryer with you, it's there, but it's weak. In fact, we only spent the night there, in the morning on the beach after the beach we went for a walk and ate, before going to bed we sat by the pool and listened to the sound of the sea :) The cleaning is good, there are no complaints. But they come early, they're already knocking at about 8, so anyone who wants to sleep should put a do not disturb sign on the door. Clothes were dried on hooks in the bathroom and dried overnight. There is no balcony. You can smoke in the common corridor in designated areas. The hotel has a very good location, there are many cafes, shops, massage parlors nearby, there is always a place to go. We were in 2019 . It was a great vacation for us, we lived in a separate house . There is a swimming pool on the territory by the sea. Silence , beauty , cleanliness , just pleasure . We only had breakfast. We had lunch with what we took from breakfast to the room . But we went to a cafe for dinner , all the dishes are fresh , seafood , portions are large , cheap . Of the disadvantages, only the road from the airport to the hotel took 3.5 hours. After a 9-hour flight, another 3.5 hours by car is of course tedious, but it was worth it.

Great hotel! We lived with my wife in a house (bungalow) near the beach. The pool is 15 meters away and the main building with breakfast - traditionally we do not take full board to eat in different places. The territory of the hotel is a gentrified jungle! The house has a full range of services - from a large bed (king size), shampoos, soap, TV, refrigerator, safe, linen change daily (!) and body and foot massage: coupons from the hotel for free 12 pcs. We ate in the restaurant opposite the hotel "Terrace" or walked (10-15 min) to the "fish village" - crabs, lobsters, king prawns, moray eels, stingrays, any fish and grilled meat: for pennies and very tasty. We toured half the country in 2 weeks, including Dalat and Saigon. The sea in Phan Thiet has been cool since September) It feels like stepping into your own (filled for yourself) bathtub...the same water temperature is 40-45 degrees!!! I was shocked at first...Then we took motorbikes, ATVs and drove around the area to other beaches. In a word, both Vietnam and the Terracotta Hotel have left good memories. I recommend it!

Staying here has left the warmest memories. The hotel is suitable for a quiet relaxing holiday, for people tired of the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Terracotta resort&spa hotel in Mui does not have 4 stars. But the service, room cleaning, territory care, food, reception services are at a high level. At least 5*. There is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Therefore, booking directly at the hotel will not be difficult. The hotel is small, cozy, with well-kept grounds, a swimming pool and a trout pond. Direct access to the sea, private beach. Suitable for family holidays. There are many cafes, shops, spas nearby, as the hotel is located in the center of Mui Ne. Bokeh is 2-2.5 km away. I highly recommend this hotel for a vacation in Vietnam.
