I want to leave a review about ARSIEVICH STUDIO furniture. The company, headed by Vladimir and Svetlana Arsievich, is physically located in the city of Dnipro and operates throughout Ukraine. I had all the cabinet furniture made and installed in the studio apartment and the wall was thrown off. The timing is relatively normal. Visually, at first glance, everything is OK too. But unfortunately, the good ends there. I think the best review is the photo facts, which I will add after the message, with comments. This is my first experience of making furniture to order, so due to inexperience, I did not immediately know what to pay attention to and how to check the quality of work. Some of the defects were corrected in one way or another some time after installation, but a lot of them broke out already during operation. The price segment of Arsievich furniture is not budget-friendly and the quality (chips, incorrect installation, defects on facades ...) that I received, I consider unacceptable. The attitude towards customers is also striking. It was not announced to me that after a couple of months of operation, the facades of new furniture may sag and that they need to be adjusted. Moreover, I was not asked to conduct it. In addition, my messages about defects and questions about their elimination were viewed and ignored (at the same time, for my part, I paid them on time and without any discounts). Publicly, the Arsievichi brand positions itself as decent suppliers of high-quality furniture. Looking at this "quality" every day, she provided them with facts and offered to partially reimburse the cost (for poor-quality installation and some kind of moral compensation), to which Svetlana Arsievich responded in a social network. She called me a blackmailer and an extortionist. At the same time, the guys, knowing about all the marriage and shortcomings, did not even try to enter into a dialogue with me, to offer at least a partial solution to the problem (partial refund, revision, repair ...). I definitely do not recommend it.
