Good afternoon! I am writing a review with the hope that the company's employees will contact us through such a channel and finally fix the problem. Installed water softening equipment in a private house. A few months later, the equipment failed. We contacted the service center on July 29, sent a video of the breakdown, and were promised to deliver the part and fix the breakdown within 2 weeks. It's been over a month now. No one is responding to my Viber chat messages, and no one is dialing for troubleshooting issues. There is also a small but unpleasant problem: during the initial installation, they forgot to bring the bracket and installed the filter on a "temporary" holder, they promised to drop in and change it, at first I called several times, listened to the promises, but the who is still there, although it has been six months. That's the way the guys are with the service. If we had known about this earlier, of course, we would have chosen another company.
