In the Back there was an advertising table from this company with its representative. A very contact person, told us about the pros and cons of this company, the preliminary prices satisfied us, he gave us an advertising booklet with phone numbers. If anyone wants to contact them, I immediately warn you that it is almost impossible to get through there, either they are busy all the time or they do not answer. But! We got through! They explained their question, they told us that they had recorded us and would call us back the day before, as they would need to take the water for analysis! At the same time, they did not ask for a name or a phone number to contact us...As expected, no one contacted us... We tried to call ourselves on Friday during business hours (from 9.00 to 18.00, as indicated on the website), no one answers. So the question is-is the installation of the station and its maintenance at the same level and contact as the preliminary agreements and consultations? I really wanted to apply to this campaign after advertising on the stand during the Slavic base, but... Be prepared for questions...You will not receive any attention or contact from this organization. Therefore, we are looking in our city..

The review is solely for the service, not for the quality of the product, the price (I put 4 stars so as not to spoil the rating much), but for the service - 1 (coordination of delivery, order confirmation). So that the guys can see that it's not worth doing this at all. It seems that everything was done quickly, but there are some very important ones, but I didn't know about it at all!))
I ordered a water filter online, I still did not understand whether I had placed an order or not, I thought, well, the manager will call back, specify the address, specify the date and time of delivery to another city. They didn't call back, I decided to dial, but no one picked up the phone. I scored and bought it from another place. As a result, I receive an SMS in 2-3 days, they will bring you a filter today, an autolight, are you serious?)) Isn't it necessary to clarify? Maybe I went somewhere or I didn't have the opportunity on this date, who does that? Tighten up the aspect of communication with customers.
P.S.: I am completing the review. It turns out that an SMS was sent after all, but to Viber that the order was accepted. I saw him only 3 days later. I'm not a Viber user, I go there once a week. But still not a word about the delivery. It seems to me that it is better for you to call and clarify everything directly with the customers.

Messages end up in business chats, and this is just a solid garbage can (In which I don't even have any notification :/ And look, many young people, for example, like me, our Viber was registered, for example, 8 years ago when it was fashionable and it just stands, no one uses it, only in exceptional cases. My wife also has notifications cut off, so it's a little inconvenient, she wouldn't have noticed the order either. Maybe it's better to duplicate the order by SMS?
