The child won the Alice column Yandex prize. And so far, they have not contacted this organization in any way, they are not answering calls, they are not responding to SMS messages. Immediately after the Olympics, they just started calling and offering their services, asking for a prize, but they're not our department. Conclusion, the office is not serious, the attitude is not giving a damn. We held the Olympics just to gather a base and offer our services. Perhaps they teach well, but I doubt it very much after such an attitude. The child is still asking what's wrong with the speaker, apparently nothing anymore...

🆘‼️I want to leave a detailed negative review about this educational center ‼️❗️Tesla Education!!!‼️❗️They actively advertised their services, called, convinced that they had the highest quality and best education, and that after their courses the child would come out almost a genius. However, on the very first day of classes, we were confronted with the negligence of teachers, management, etc. ... There were no places at the desk for the child, they simply recruited a crowd of students for the sake of quantity, not quality. Teachers are negligent about classes, lessons are not held on time, and as a result, the child just stands (and does not sit ...) for whole lessons, even sometimes for a whole day ... without proper instruction. In addition, for four months now they have been promising to return my funds, or rather a refund of 795,000 tenge!!! But every time they just “feed you breakfast,” they send you to call one manager or another, and ignore you, there is no seriousness in solving the issue. Due to the fact that the refund has not been made, I already have a loan delay, And it has been going on for 4 months ... in the beginning, I entered the situation and paid for it myself, like their account is blocked in the bank.. etc... which they didn't even go after the negligence of the management... In general, this is an extremely unpleasant experience, and I do not recommend this center to anyone who appreciates an honest attitude and high-quality training!!! Don't waste your nerves... ⛔️
