Great place! A huge plus is the children's corner. I'm thrilled! Thanks to the chefs🤍 Everything is very tasty and cozy) We will look in more often! There is a minus, the waiters may even forget to come up until you call, they did not give all the appliances, I had to remind them, they even forgot the plates, but otherwise everything is fine, the mood was not spoiled, but it is better of course to fix the situation with the staff!

The other day I visited the second branch of the TESTO cafe, located in the business center of Tashkent. This branch opened later than the one I was in earlier, and it is immediately noticeable by the more recent renovation. The interior is decorated in light, white tones, creating a feeling of comfort and spaciousness. In addition, the establishment has already been decorated for the New Year, which adds a festive atmosphere.
The staff is friendly and helpful, and the menu is exactly the same as what is offered at the TESTO branch on Shota Rustaveli Street. A great place for lunch or dinner in the city center!

Tonight, my family and I were at the Dough cafe. I was faced with a very disrespectful attitude of the waiter (a young guy, unfortunately I don't know his name). I ordered a strudel. The menu indicated that it was served with ice cream. The waiter asked for some reason, with or without ice cream. I replied that it was with ice cream. As a result, the strudel was brought without ice cream. When I asked the waiter, he began to assure me that I had told him "without". Moreover, he was very insistent and completely impolite, rolling his eyes and showing with all his appearance that he was dissatisfied with my objection.
As a result, he said that it would not be possible to redo the order now. How is that even possible? I mean, it's impossible to redo? Is it impossible to bring a ball of ice cream?
To my objection and already complete indignation, the waiter rolled his eyes again, and as if doing me a favor, said he would bring it now.
As a result, the strudel cooled down and the whole impression of the cafe was ruined at the end. Not to mention the mood. The service is disgusting.
I will not return to this institution anymore.
