I went to the cafe "Tevye" just to drink coffee while working — and suddenly got a real gastronomic delight!
The coffee here is beyond praise: rich taste, rich aroma, perfectly balanced strength. It feels like the grains are selected with love and cooked with skill.
The impression is complemented by a cozy atmosphere and incredibly friendly staff. Here you want to stay longer, enjoying every sip. Now I know where to look for really good coffee!

for the first time we went to this coffee shop with our friends, firstly, a very cozy and bright space, while there are enough places (quite compact, tables for up to two people) but this is not a minus at all. The whole wall has floor-to-ceiling windows, very beautiful! in sunny weather, a varied assortment of desserts and drinks (delicious!), the barista on shift was very friendly. we really liked it, we didn't want to leave :)

Coffee is used from local Fornax roasters (usually an 80/20 blend and a monosort). In general, the grain is decent, but it strongly depends on the barista and equipment. I took the usual Flat (blend) for myself - there was not enough saturation of taste. Delicious cottage cheese rings.

I was immediately surprised that the barista was sitting at a table with a friend in the hall and chatting, without shoes, with her feet on an armchair)) The main reason to write this is the question: why do you have to pay extra for the syrup for rafa separately? In all establishments, syrup is included in the price of the drink. And if that's the way it is with you, why don't the rest of the staff include an additional payment for syrup, except vanilla. And the girl who works today 05.01.24 (in orange crocs) turns on. Can you decide?

It's cozy and good to sit inside, but not quite on the summer terrace. The tables are not cleaned for some reason (they wiped it themselves. And on top of that, the barista went outside and started smoking near the bench so that the smoke went straight to the table - fine, When they asked for cocoa without sugar, they did it with sugar. Then they redid it, of course, but when the barista carried the cup to the table, he spilled some of the cocoa. What can you do, it happens to everyone. It's just that all the joints got out in our parish for some reason. There are no complaints about the quality of the drinks, everything is delicious.

It is not necessary for the buyer to insist that Americano is just water plus espresso. I'm aware of that. And if I buy Americano, then it's Americano. Not an espresso with water.
