I made two purchases. The prices in the store are higher than the market. I expected that there would be no problems with service and product quality. I made a mistake, I don't recommend it to anyone, it's better to think ten times before buying goods here.

I bought an AUX air conditioner of the latest model, ordered delivery and installation in the store.

The delivery was scheduled for a certain day. No one came or called. I had to find out what was the matter. As a result, the goods were delivered on another day.
Installation: 0 points
In the store, I asked several times if I would need to pay extra for the installation in addition to what I paid on the spot. I was told no. I also asked for a warranty card. I was told that they did not provide a warranty card - they just put the date and stamp on the instruction book.
I received a call from the installer. He immediately said that he would need to pay extra for a number of components. I told him that the store said that everything was included. They started to convince me. He refused. I called the service center.
After long proceedings, other installers were appointed. Who eventually also took an additional fee. Plus, I had to run to the store and buy an extension cord during installation. Also, the installers asked for a vacuum cleaner to litter less while working with a puncher (they did not come with their own for some reason). I gave you a vacuum cleaner. As a result, minus three filters in the vacuum cleaner. There were difficulties with installation during the installation. For example, they did not install one branch pipe, because a bunch of tubes did not fit into the prepared hole. I cannot assess the criticality of the absence of this branch pipe in the long term.

After installation, we checked that the air conditioner was working in the main mode (cooling) and left. Then the fun began. In fresh air mode, an unpleasant sour smell began to appear in the room. Then negotiations began with the service center, the search for a team that will come to sort it out. Claims to me from the service that I do not have a warranty card, which they refused to give me in the store after several persistent attempts. As a result, the problem was solved by plugging the air supply with a package (fresh air is a special mode with an influx, a function for which money was specially paid).
Purchase 2
I bought a tefal kettle https://texnomart.uz/product/detail/94297 /. Over time, sediment began to form on the bottom, and for a long time I attributed this to the quality of the water. But one day I saw a very large faction. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that ?plastic? the braid in the upper part of the kettle in front of the lid began to crack - pieces fell off from it, like plaster, and it was they who precipitated for a long time. I Googled it, it turned out that this is a very common problem with this model.
I went to the store. Guarantees and a kettle with me. I was immediately told that they were just a store, they were not responsible at all. They sent the tefal to the service center and said that they should draw up an act that it was really a defect, after which they would give me a new kettle of the same kind)) I said I would insist on getting the money back. He went to the service center. They promised to prepare an act in 14 days. The third week has already ended today. The act is not ready. The prospects of getting the money back tend to zero.
As a result. Avoid this store, unless, of course, you are not a fan of wasting your free time, nerves and money (for nothing).
1) The quality of the goods raises big questions. 2 products out of 2 are defective. There are questions about the originality of the products.
2) The quality of service is zero. Starting from the inability/unwillingness to provide a warranty. (which was eventually provided to me after several visits to the store). Ending with a complete lack of support with warranty cases and an explicit articulation that they are not responsible for anything.

I bought it in Technomart more than once. I put up with high prices in favor of good service, but I made an order today.... Everything was previously agreed with the operator. The courier arrived without a terminal, without a warranty card, we sorted it out for an hour. An additional star for the solutions, but the service leaves much to be desired. We will not look at the Technomart anymore.
