I bought an A4tech fg30s wireless mouse (receipt # OTRZ-064597) on 15.03, and it stopped working on 07.04. The mouse did not fall, moisture did not get on it, and I always take care of the technique. I replaced the batteries, tried to connect it to another computer (it had previously worked on it), and reinstalled the drivers. Despite the actions taken, the mouse is still not functioning.
I contacted support on 11.04 in the tg chat, where I was informed that the warranty does not apply to this product.
Question: Is your store chain responsible for the quality of the goods sold? I believe that the product should not fail in less than a month of use. After such an experience, I have no desire to make new purchases in your store, fearing to receive another low-quality product.
