I arrived today for the collapse /convergence by appointment. The decision was made precisely on time. We did it quickly and efficiently (I immediately checked on the highway - the car goes like on rails). When the final cost was announced, I was surprised that it was less than the preliminary one. It turned out that one axis did not have to be adjusted, so the price is lower. It's nice that everything is fair. By the way, the axis that did not have to be adjusted was made 37,000 km ago here. Excellent service, qualified craftsmen, a pleasant master receptionist.

There was a problem on the rear axle, the rubber began to "eat" on the right. I checked the suspension, everything is OK. Therefore, I signed up for Olshanskaya 3, for a package drive (tire service + camber-convergence with a 30% discount). There was a surprise waiting for me. After installing the winter tires, the master immediately said that he would not be able to make a camber on the rear axle, since the 2019 car and the bolts could not be unscrewed. Then he showed that the bolt does not unscrew with a simple effort, he did not even try the second one. I recommended finding a person who will sweat for a couple of hours and be able to unscrew these bolts. Now the question is, why was I not immediately informed when entering the service that it was impossible to make a collapse? After all, the master knew about this by default, saying that this is a known problem and for machines older than 3 years, these bolts can no longer be unscrewed. I would not change the tires until I had resolved this issue. As a result, the service was not provided to me, but the money was cut down (the stated discount was not given). I could just do tire fitting elsewhere for 45 rubles, and not at their price. And most importantly, now my second set of rubber is being killed. Here is such a service - per unit.

Secondly, what surprised me, who was not spoiled by honesty, was that I ordered the camber of the front and rear axles, and the master, after finishing the work, said that the rear was in order, he checked, and there was no need to climb there. The payment was taken only for the front axle. That's the kind of people who should come back, I'll recommend it to everyone.

I don't recommend it. I signed up for a camber-convergence of two axes, but instead I just had a diagnosis and took money for it. This was explained by the fact that my old car (2009) "the bolts at the back will not turn, you need to change." The master did not even try to twist them. No one warned about this when recording either.
I went straight to another place, it turned out that everything was spinning and tuning up.

I decided, since I had accumulated 36 bonuses, I could write them off, but it wasn't there, they wrote off only 10p)) I just left the box, I received an sms from tex that they would change the tires minus 20%, that is, for 80 rubles. I called the call center, they said that for the entire replacement complex for 16 radius 72 rubles. 72 -20% =57 rubles. It turns out that prices are taken from the ceiling and I was deceived. Thanks to tex service for cheating me for money! And as a bonus, they also scratched the discs in my shoulders! All this happened on 3 Olshanskaya Street.

I asked to replace it and pump it up to 2.2 atmospheres. Half an hour later, I went to the car, saw two summer wheels in the back seat, but did not become indignant, since they were in the package, although they touched the back with dusty rubber a little. He put them on the floor between the driver's seat and the passenger seat. when I arrived home, I found that the decorative plastic hood was not snapped on one wheel, and the plastic nuts were not screwed in. I had to snap the hood and screw in the decorative nuts of the nuts on all wheels. It's more interesting next... I noticed that the front wheel seemed to be flat. I checked the tire pressure, it turned out to be 1.8 atmospheres, the rest were 1.9; 1.8; 2.0. At the Belorusneft gas station, I pumped up to normal. The pressure gauge of the compressor station showed the same starting pressure. Now I think to check the tightening force of the wheel nuts, maybe there will be surprises here. I was extremely dissatisfied with the work done.

I signed up for the complex: tire fitting and camber / convergence with a 30% discount: everything was done, the hole in the tire was sealed, and during the camber / convergence procedure it turned out that the installation angles were correct (they could have said that they needed to adjust a little and take money for it) and took money only for checking. As a result, the amount turned out to be approximately equal to the price of tire repair in a third-party organization, and then there were extras!

When the employee was changing the oil, he unscrewed a pair of screws on the engine and removed the plug in order to pour all the oil through it in one gulp, and not through the oil filler neck as it should be.
I do not advise contacting such masters. As I understand it, they do this to everyone whenever possible.
At the reception, they offer to remove the engine protection for money, although they themselves have an oil pumping unit, after I clarified whether it was possible without removing it, they asked with a smart look what kind of car I had, and that in my case, it was supposedly possible)
