I changed the oil and did a camber-convergence. I'm not much of a pro to evaluate the result technically, but the car drives, the atmosphere is pleasant, the guys are sociable. It was recorded quickly at a convenient time, and it was also done quickly. Plus, it's geographically convenient for me.
They gave a couple of tips on operation.
The prices, of course, are more expensive than in the garage, but they are adequate for other service stations.
Overall, I liked everything, and I plan to continue applying for some jobs.

On July 20, I applied for an oil change in the engine, the radiator was broken!
The camera view shows how the "master" unscrews the oil filter with force, thereby pressing his hand on the coolant nozzle, thereby bending the return tube and the coolant burned his hand. The service completely denies its guilt, no proposals for resolving the current situation were offered. Pick up the car as you want, on a tow truck for example (quote)

An irresponsible, and therefore not a high-quality and questionable company.
On Google maps and Yandex maps represent the center of the oil change in Borovlyanskiy s/s, between D. Drozdovo and Malinovka.
Before leaving for the designated address, I called the call center, clarified whether there really is a center near the village of Malinovka. They replied that they had.
Upon arrival at the address, I found no center at all, as it turned out, it does not exist at all.
It is highly likely that one of the Texx service employees has designated his house as an oil replacement center.
Such cases and complaints should be monitored by the company's management if they care about the company's reputation. Have a conversation with the call center specialists so that they do not mislead people.
It's a pity for the time spent and there is no desire to go to you in the future, maybe you will get something wrong again.

Some cons, I don't remember the pros. We live close to them, so we've been using them for several years (oil change plus tire service). It seemed like they were about to get better, but no. I don't remember ever doing everything without incident.
The last straw was the case when they arrived by appointment, but their shutters do not rise, it is impossible to enter the box. To warn them not to come, of course no one guessed.

I was choosing where to go for tire service, I drew attention to the information on the website that the promotion is held all May with a 15% discount. In the description of the service, it was also indicated that they provide packages for wheels. With this in mind, I decided to sign up for the service.
It is very good that it did not rain that day. I must say right away, there are no comments to the staff themselves, the work was done well. But, the rubber was thrown into the salon without packages, when asked about packages, they replied that they did not have packages. So why specify that you provide packages? I would have known, bought it myself and would probably have done tire fitting elsewhere.
Further, when paying, I was told the amount. I clarified, is this already discounted? An employee, it seems that he was not aware of the ongoing campaign until I told him myself and after that the amount was recalculated.
Guys, I'm generally very positive about your service. I always go to your place to change the oil. But these little things spoil the whole impression. I wanted, let's say, to change the tire fitting location so that I could be serviced in one place, but unfortunately I will carry out the next tire fitting in a proven place where there are no punctures.

I thought for a long time whether to write a review or not. Having collected all my thoughts, I will describe my impressions about this service station, in particular tire service. I'll make a reservation right away, the car is not new, but according to the fit from Europe it was completely checked and anchored along the bottom. The car was lifted after anti-theft twice and both times at this tire repair. Everything seems to be fine, the staff were polite, no one was rude, the work seemed to be done, but ...
The first and most critical thing in my opinion: competence in terms of work, at the moment after manual washing I found an unpleasant moment in part of the edge of the thresholds in the area of the amplifiers, I do not understand how you can substitute the paws of the lift so that almost a new car to bend them... Now it is unclear how to solve this issue.
Second: when changing shoes for a summer set, I drew the employee's attention to the fact that the old repair was made on the wheel in the form of a lace (harness) and perhaps it should not be put on, to which I received an employee's response that everything was fine. Naturally, after a week of driving, the wheel began to descend and I had to go again and solve this issue. Re-paying for the disassembly/balancing and assembly procedure.
I was dissatisfied with the quality of the work, most likely I will not apply anymore, because my impressions were extremely negative.

It seems to be a good service station, and the staff (administrator) is very polite and attentive, but next time I will go here only if I find nothing else.
I was doing a camber-convergence, after traveling I realized that the steering wheel was not standing straight. I came a second time. They said everything is fine with you, maybe because of the rubber. I changed the rubber - nothing has changed. The conclusion is that it's not about the rubber. As a result, I went to another service station where everything was adjusted and we were very surprised when we found out that I was in the car at this service station during the adjustment and held the steering wheel. In general, the money for the collapse-convergence of a HUNDRED TECHNICAL services is thrown to the wind and as a conclusion: it is better not to regulate the collapse-convergence here.
