In the summer of 2025.We had a rest in Turkey at the Santana Hotel 3*.We took a tour from the Tez tour operator.There were some doubts about the star rating of the hotel, and in principle, for good reason.Upon arrival at the hotel, we are checked into the old, ruined Eco room building (and this is done for all Belarusians), although we were told it was the Standard room.All plumbing was broken, etc. After a long argument with the hotel staff, we contacted our staff at Tez Tour, namely Julia Shilyuk (special thanks to her)and literally after a few hours we are moved to another room, where there are all normal conditions! And our vacation was wonderful! Of course, we will also contact this company, where they will choose the most comfortable vacation!
