Thanks to Ekaterina Yaanashkina. She recommended the Eldar resort hotel in Kemer, the village of Goynyuk. Very nice hotel! There are always free sun beds both at sea and by the pool. The staff collects towels from the sun beds in the morning, so no one takes them in advance. The pool for such a small hotel is simply huge - there is a lot of space, there are no queues for slides. There are always empty tables in the restaurant, after the guests, the plates are immediately removed and the tablecloths are changed for the next ones. The food is very tasty, not peppered, lots of fruits and desserts! Our opinion is that it is not 4*, but 4+. Thanks for the great offer!

We came as a family from Turkey, and our impressions were mixed. It seems that the tour was picked up quite well, but there were disadvantages.
Before paying for the tour, the operator was as polite to us as possible and showed a lot of attention. As soon as the ticket was paid for 100%, the interest immediately subsided. Until we left the tour company, no one had ever written to us.
They offered to fly from Moscow and use a transfer, but no one talks about how this transfer company works, they assure you that you will be brought to departure and picked up immediately upon arrival, and you will not have to sit at the airport waiting for unknown hours.
As a result, the transfer picks up only at certain hours and no one adjusts to your time. The transfer company has its own contract, where the pick-up time from the airports is clearly spelled out, and this is the first time you see this contract when you get into the car. I doubt that the operators of the tour do not know about these moments. We spent five/six hours waiting in both directions.
There were no problems with the transfer in Turkey. But the hotel guide from the tour did not like it, behaved arrogantly, they saw him once during their stay, and when they decided to go shopping on their own, they were very unhappy that they did not use his services.
In general, the impressions are 50/50, no one is interested in whether you flew or not. The money was deposited for the tour and before the date.

The system doesn't work at all. Does not allow you to choose a hotel. We twist between the two letters K and L. then what's the point of giving yourself a tour search if it's not possible. And there is an immediate appeal to a specialist.
