Disgusting attitude towards customers. I arrived after work at 7:30 p.m., called earlier in the afternoon, clarified what time they were working and whether it was possible to drive up. We answered, we are working until 22:00, come and do everything. I had already chosen the tour myself, all I had to do was book and name the final price, payment details and clarify some questions. There was only one employee in the office. manager Ekaterina was picking up a tour for other tourists and there was also a guy and a girl in the queue. After waiting for 20 minutes, she told me that it made no sense to wait, she was working alone and would not see me anymore, although it was more than 2 hours before the end of the working day and I was ready to wait. If you value your time and human attitude, then you definitely don't need this agency.
