This is literally the worst trip I've ever had!!! 09/25/25 we went on vacation to St. Petersburg, Karelia, but it's hard to call it a vacation. I'll start with the fact that the travel agency initially asked about the comfort of buses, we were told that buses like theirs are just a godsend, almost like the toilets they have inside. What we received in fact, instead of the declared tourist bus from Baranovich itself to St. Petersburg, we received an old, rotten and small bus to Minsk, it did not fit all the luggage of vacationers and we were taken to Minsk almost with suitcases on our knees. Upon arrival in Minsk, we were given a "comfortable" bus. I am aware that such buses run to the village of Yagodnoye-Baranovichi and Novogrudok. But the most interesting thing was the seats, between which there were about 10 cm for the legs, and when unfolded, all 3. Naturally, we "woke up" with swelling and back pain. But we were not checked in upon arrival at the hotel. We were immediately sent on excursions, in such excellent condition, after a 20-hour bus ride, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. we walked around St. Petersburg, suitcases and things were on the bus all the time. According to the check-in plan, we were supposed to be sent to the hotel at 12 o'clock. And what finally finished me off was that the bus broke down on the way back from St. Petersburg to the Republic of Belarus) We stood at the gas station for 3 hours. We lost a lot of time and arrived in Baranovichi at the wrong time. Upon arrival in Minsk, we were transferred back to the old bus, on which we traveled to Baranovich. This is the most terrible tour company, choose another one, because they know how to talk nonsense. It was never worth the money.
