Unfortunately, I will never buy in this store again, although it was my favorite store. The reason: lack of loyalty to loyal customers. my certificate expired yesterday. In a purely human way, I was too tired and forgot to come. I arrived today (i.e. the next day) and the certificate was inactive. Yes, there are no questions about the deadline. But all other stores have super increased loyalty, and I personally have come across such cases that I can use the certificate the next day after the expiration date. And in all the rules for the implementation of the certificate it says, "the seller CAN EXTEND it at HIS discretion."
