Mega cool spa, great location, huge Parking, 10 out of 10 service, the administrators are polite and pleasant. My master Jasmine is a super professional in his field. Everything is done at the highest level, the atmosphere is calm and complete relaxation. Private rooms, showers, cedar barrels - depends on the ritual you choose. After the massage, they treat you to tea and dried fruits, very nice) The salon itself is large, consists of many rooms, waterfalls everywhere, imitation fish and crabs, lots of greenery, excellent dim lighting. The prices aren't cheap, but it's worth it! I'll definitely go again and recommend it to everyone.

I have repeatedly given certificates to my relatives at this salon, but this time my dad couldn't do it and decided to use it herself. I tried to enroll almost a month before the end of the certificate, but they couldn't offer me the dates and times that would suit me, they say, everything is scheduled after the holidays, although the website says 10-14 days before the desired date. Then I decided to refund the money for the certificate, because I realized that I would not have time to use it. After a long and not very pleasant correspondence, they finally found a free window that suited me. The day of "X" has arrived. I came and was offered to choose a massage oil. By the way, I didn't like the massage, I didn't even want to fall asleep, but on the contrary, I was in some kind of tension the whole session. A barrel is for an amateur, a rain shower is the most common shower room, which you go to wash off all this later, but it is taken out as a separate item in the program. It's weird, but okay. The most unpleasant thing is the attitude of the administrators, who were already obviously negatively disposed because of the story with my record (and no, it didn't seem to me). After the massage, I went out, tea and dried fruits were already on the table next to me, but no one escorted me out or even told me if it was for me or not. There are a lot of rooms for procedures, and there are also a lot of tables. So I couldn't be sure that it was "mine." I sat down, but I felt like some kind of thief. I drank tea, and on the way out, no one even asked if I liked it or not. They didn't talk to me at all. And it seems to me that if I hadn't said goodbye to them, they wouldn't even have said goodbye to me. In general, we need to work on customer orientation) I have an unpleasant aftertaste, I won't go any more.

You are constantly cold because of the temperature outside. The towels they cover you with are cold. The oil is cold. Because of this, massage turns into a very sophisticated torture)))) 3. The massage itself is purely "mechanical". Masseuses are absolutely not interested in high-quality massage (or maybe they just don't know how?). They moved their hands and that was it. Although they ordered a strong massage. And the Thai does not respond to your requests in English) In general, you might as well go for a hardware massage =) 4. Solving the problem from the salon side. And he is not there =) In response to feedback about the cold room and the quality of the massage, the administrator said that "maybe you did not come together energetically" =) And left ))) I highly recommend it.
