I have been vacationing in this city for the second time, my impressions are positive. One depressing thing is that the staff practically does not know Russian. At the nearby primasol hotel 2 kilometers away, every 3 of the staff speaks excellent Russian. Yes, I think it's a matter of time. The service is on the level.
