We visited in January 2025. The hotel left a good impression about itself! I would love to go back there again. A small hotel with a beautiful territory. The waves are crashing against the rocks... Peacocks walk along the pool... All in all, it's a wonderful place! The staff is polite and attentive, they will always respond to a request and try to help. The breakfasts are hearty: our usual positions and some local dishes. There are plenty to choose from. They clean well, but they don't hurry. Sri Lankans are in no hurry at all)) They may forget one or two towels and bring them in 1.5 hours, but this did not spoil the impression at all. Nice spa. The hotel beach is 10-15 minutes away, you may be lucky to take a ride on the hotel golf cart to the beach, but it is not always in place, and if the car is in the parking lot, it is not a fact that the driver will be there. Again, this is Sri - everything is in Chile)) There are few sun beds on the beach and they are occupied from early in the morning, there are tables under awnings - the cafe is open all day. The contingent is international: British, Europeans, locals or Indians, and Russians. They speak English with an accent, but you can communicate with them. By the way, an adapter to an English outlet is not needed at the hotel. There were no power outages (as on the rest of the island).

A great hotel for families with and without children. The location is on the ocean, in silence, with all beaches and tourist infrastructure nearby. We recommend that you have dinner at this hotel at least once. The rooms are good. The staff was polite and helpful in everything.

Terrible numbers. Mold on the ceiling and walls. There are boards around the pool ... all the paint is peeling off. There is simply nothing to eat for breakfast. We are resting right now until December 12, 2025. We were here 2 years ago, it was a fairy tale, not a hotel. Now even the guide says that the service quality has dropped below the baseboard. Previously, an electric car drove every half hour to deliver to hotels .. We've just seen him 2 times in three days. For this reason, you can only walk or take a tuk-tuk. The closet in the room is tiny.. 4 hangers for two. A tourism worker himself, there is something to compare it with. We don't send any tourists here anymore.. 2 * no more than a star.
