The hotel is located in the resort area, the nearest shopping center / restaurant/ bar is 40 km away. Because we chose a quiet and relaxing holiday, we decided to buy an "all inclusive" tour, because it is inconvenient to travel 40 km. By purchasing for 300,000 rubles. An 8-day tour for two was a shock when we arrived at the hotel and learned the "ins and outs" of "all inclusive"! Meals: buffet breakfast with a fairly modest assortment. Lunch and dinner: meals on a separate menu for those who stay at the hotel according to the "all inclusive" system. From the menu, you can choose only 1 dish from each section for 1 guest: 1 soup, 1 salad, 1 main course, 1 dessert and 1 drink. But that's not what scares you, it's what's on this menu! Salads are almost all with the same ingredients: green mango, fresh carrots, coriander, huge white onion feathers, some fried peanuts and a replaceable component - either 3 shrimp / or 2 pieces of beef / or 3 half rings of squid (depending on what salad you order). Russian salad is a different story – coarsely chopped potatoes, carrots, half an egg and mayonnaise dressing! (a good idea of Russian food...) Caesar salad – according to the menu for those who are settled "all inclusive" is a standard salad, but without chicken / shrimp / fish - only with half an egg ... BUT for those who came to the restaurant of this hotel and decided to eat on a paid menu – this is a normal salad, in which both chicken and shrimp appear! There is practically no seafood in the "all inclusive" menu, but in the paid menu – anything, but for an additional fee! Tom yam on the all inclusive menu- no shrimp, very spicy, served without rice! And chicken soup with corn is sweet snot! I have no excuse for this hotel to serve such money to those who have already arrived and paid for their vacation in full, just slop, not food! And if you have an "all inclusive" card, but you ask for a paid menu, they will carry you to your room after dinner, even in your arms, just pay! An assortment of desserts is a fairy tale.... - fruit slicing of 3 pieces of fruit and creme brulee garnished with parsley! This is the end of the dessert list! Everything is paid at the bar near the "all inclusive" reception area, and everything is paid at the hotel's beach bar, even water! There is an ice cream box on site, but it is closed! Lazy River works at certain hours on certain days! Of the 6 beautiful buildings of the hotel from the photo site, only 2 are put into operation, 2 more are outwardly ready, but there is no one there and all the pools with black water are standing, and 2 more buildings are just concrete, unfinished, which you don't really want to look at on vacation! Although when selling the tour, we were assured that this hotel is simply a paradise. If you want to lose weight without going on a diet, welcome to the Arena Hotel!!!
