Poignant memories of one of the most brutal & systematic obliterations of an entire race of Armenians by the Turks. One death is a great tragedy ,2 million deaths is an,unbelievable event of nerve wrecking horror,an unimaginable tragedy both for the body & psyche. What fear, anguish and grief the Armenians have endured under the Turks. Absolutely heartbreaking. Can we be normal with such brutality. The genocide museum encapsulates for posterity, memories ,frozen in photos and images and words. Memories that cannot be erased from the hearts of the ARMENIAN PEOPLE & from those who visit this necropolis in images, the Armenian Genocide Museum. This brutality of the Turks needs to be disseminated to the world about how the hate of men against men in the name of RELIGION has caused untold SADNESS in the hearts of every Armenian & humanity. May our Lord Jesus Christ give the souls of the dead departed eternal peace (RIP) & to their descendants peace in all nations of the world. Charlie Panavelil Mathew,India 25,05,2025

A beautiful memorial for all the lives lost. Unfortunately the museum was closed when we visited but the views are amazing.

The guides need to be more Christian-oriented. It was a but disappointing that the important things were described as political while in reality they were because of the Christian faith of Armenians.

It's a very interesting museum. Well filled with expositions. And most importantly, admission is free! It is located in a convenient location, next to the park. Nice panorama of the city from the observation deck.

The memorial complex is incredibly beautiful! I was thrilled. The territory is huge, you can go for a walk, sit on a bench. You get into the atmosphere of tranquility instantly. I didn't want to leave there.

The location is impressive, the view is very beautiful and majestic. Nice staff. The composition itself is interesting, there is something to see. I was surprised that the guide's story about Karabakh showed aggression towards Azerbaijan.

A sad, but very iconic and necessary place. To know, to remember! After all, such a fate can befall absolutely any nation. The museum itself is good, the stands, materials and films are dubbed into three languages, so everything is clear even on self-inspection. We didn't get on the tour, because we arrived an hour before closing, but an hour for inspection is not enough. I especially liked the movies. If the word "liked" is appropriate here. Next to the museum is the temple of Eternity - you can lay flowers, the Eternal Flame of Memory is burning. Beautiful view of Yerevan from the observation deck above the museum

It's a very interesting museum, with a good exhibit. There is an option for both free and paid visits - together with a guide as part of a group (they can be combined). In addition to the permanent exhibition, there are temporary exhibitions. I recommend you to visit.

A completely atmospheric place. There are a lot of halls that immerse you in the history of the Armenian Genocide. I definitely recommend you to visit! After that, it can get very sad, and it's worth taking a walk around the territory adjacent to the museum and sitting on the observation deck with a view of Yerevan.

There is an audio guide. There is a guide. There are stands with comments in three languages. In Russian, too. The information is creepy. I listened to the audio guide and roared. It's very scary. Such museums are needed to remember the world, to know that such a horror is created by man....

The museum is very interesting and must be visited to get information about the Armenian nation. Russian Russian, English), it is important, for example, there is nothing in Russian in the Museum of the History of Armenia and it is very sad. Everything is written on the stands sequentially in several halls with photos in 3 languages (Armenian, Russian, English). If desired, you can plan a tour and they will tell you everything. After the visit, there is a very painful feeling, how much this people had to go through.

It is a very sad place that needs to be visited so that everyone understands the suffering that has befallen the Armenian people. Calmly, in silence, walk along the exhibits, read the stories of the victims of the genocide. I was particularly impressed by the hall dedicated to women victims of the genocide.

This place is definitely worth visiting and experiencing the pain, sorrow, and bitterness of loss. But besides that, the monumentality of this monument allows you to feel the great strength of the people who were able to survive and live on and develop further. There is also a magnificent view of the city.

We visited the museum for the first time in 2016. I was impressed by the story .. 😢 This year , when visiting Yerevan , they brought their youngest son . I would like him to learn and see the history of the Armenian people . I consider this place a must-visit . Admission to the museum is free (if you want to take a guide, then of course it is paid) But in general, everything is clear without a guide. Everything is described in great detail . Thanks to the administration of the city or the museum for not taking money for admission. Nowadays this is a rarity..

It is definitely worth visiting the memorial and museum complex. Be ready to see all the horror experienced by the Armenian people. Most likely, over the many centuries of human history, every nation has experienced persecution and deprivation. There is a lot of information in Russian on photos, stands and online.

It is a very atmospheric place, saturated with the atmosphere of sadness and memory of the Armenian Genocide. You can learn a lot from the history of the 18th and 19th centuries of Armenia, including how European politicians of several generations cover up and rewrite historical facts. I definitely recommend you to visit. There will be no indifferent people.

The museum is a must-visit for everyone, regardless of nationality. A very well-designed exposition that tells about the tragic decades of the survival of the Armenian people and their struggle for the survival and preservation of their country, nation, and faith. It is not necessary to take a guide, everything is described in detail and accessible on the stands. Many thanks to the creators of the museum for the opportunity to touch the history of the country. Details: the museum is free, there is a large free parking nearby; it is advisable to allocate 2_3 hours to visit (for example, during the daytime).

A free museum. If you read everything straight, then you can stay for 3-4 hours. It is a heavy museum (about humanity), but it is made professionally and qualitatively and is definitely worth a visit to understand the history
