I don't know which branch they were taking it from, but the delivery was disgusting and the responsiveness of the staff at that moment was terrible. I had to constantly ask myself what was wrong with the courier and look for a solution to the problem (the courier got lost and did not get in touch). The money for the failed paid delivery had to be straightened out and paid for by Yandex from your pocket, which cost much more. I do not advise ordering delivery, if you take it, then only in the store itself. otherwise, you will just be driven for more than 2 hours or they will simply lose and will not want to do anything about it

an opinion regarding only this branch. I came in for the first time to buy an electronic device and a liquid with an evaporator for it. the seller apparently realized that I did not understand and sold the wrong vaporizer that I asked for. when asked if there is a discount, they replied that there is not. they told me to come back later, since I made a purchase for the amount for which they give the card. later it turned out that the amount had risen by 300k. and there were no maps either. they did not answer the question of how to get it from another branch. the staff is disgusting, there is almost never what is needed. 2/5.
