Very good hotel location-a 15-minute walk along a beautiful small quiet street to the center. But for that kind of money (160€ per night) you won't get anything at all, except a cozy room. Nothing at all. There is no restaurant, and breakfast can only be ordered for a fee and is simply delivered to the room by a delivery service. I don't even want to order such a breakfast. There is nothing in the room-pasta, a brush, slippers-all this is from the realm of fantasy, as well as a change of linen and towels. The last two options can be obtained, but for a fee. I was very surprised and disappointed.. And, yes, there is no air conditioner either. That's how interesting Luxembourg can be).
