We stayed at this hotel in late February- early March. When we entered the hotel, we were shocked - the photos on the website and the reality are very different. Initially, we were moved into a room on the ground floor - the safe does not work, the window is sealed with wallpaper and does not open, there is no balcony, it is dirty. After contacting the tour operator, they moved to the 5th floor - at least there was air conditioning and a balcony, but otherwise nothing changed - it was dirty and uncomfortable. And besides, the elevator is very small - even the two of us are cramped. There is a swimming pool on the territory, but it did not work (in the end it was already cleaned and filled in) - it was littered with garbage and there was also garbage behind the pool. There were eggs for breakfast, which were cooked and brought somewhere, and some sausages. The only advantages for us are the relatively close walk to the sea and the cool staff . P.S. if you plan only to spend the night in the room, then this hotel may be suitable

Friendly staff and a good location five minutes from Bangla Road and the hypermarket. Otherwise, there are only disadvantages: the hotel is pretty worn, the rooms are shabby, there is no kettle or even chairs in the room, there is a constant shit in the yard, slop on the paving stones, homeless people are digging in the trash. Will I go to this hotel again? If it is significantly cheaper than other places, yes. Why? I liked the staff.
