First of all, this building will be interesting to believers and lovers of ancient architecture. The church is almost the same age as St. Paul's Cathedral in London (both built in the Baroque style). According to the chronicle of the Order of Bernardine monks, the reason for the construction of the temple was the appearance of the Mother of God. The miraculous icon of the Mother of God of Buclav attracts a huge number of pilgrims from all over the world. One can argue for a long time whether there are miracles in the world, but the fact that this temple was able to survive the war of 1812, the first and second World Wars is already a miracle!!! High vaults, stunning frescoes of the 17th century, which create the illusion of 3D, architectural elements, altars - old and new - all this is worth seeing!!! I especially liked the organ of 1771 creation, although, unfortunately, it no longer works! The current head of the temple has laid out a wonderful park, which in five years will be a great place to relax. There is a ramp Catholic churches accept believers of any faith. It is better to get there by car, but you can also take a bus, and get to Budslaw station by electric train - then walk for 30 minutes. There are no hotels or inns. But there is a pilgrim's house (maybe you can stay there for the night).

The place is just incredible. It charges with its atmosphere and impresses with its scale. A place of worship for all Belarusian Catholics. The only thing that makes me sad is the lack of proper funding and the current state of the church.
