Good afternoon, I stayed at this hotel in September 2025. The hotel is very pleasant, clean, the territory is well maintained, the staff is very pleasant, they speak only Vietnamese and English! There is only one Vietnamese girl who speaks Russian, the rest don't speak Russian at all!the service is excellent. The beach is being cleaned, the only access to the sea is high, you need to walk along the shore to see where the shore is lower, unfortunately it was out of season, so there were waves and rains (mostly at night, but there were heavy rains during the day too). The room was cleaned every day, all the towels were fresh, the room was overlooking the sea very beautifully, there is still construction going on, but there is no noise. Food-I only took breakfast (buffet) the food is modest, but you won't stay hungry, the specific Vietnamese, although a little European, is generally fine. The hotel is located at a distance from the main large walking street where shops, cafes and massage parlors are located (25-30 minutes on foot or 5-7 minutes by taxi)A taxi costs 40 dong. Cafes have different prices, so who likes what according to the cost and taste of the food. You can also order food at the hotel, but the cost of each dish will be twice as expensive as in these cafes. The only entertainment there is billiards, and there is one disco, so you can have fun yourself. There are guided tours both in the hotel and on the walking street (prices are different, you need to go and ask what you like) the wi-fi in the hotel is good, and you can also ask in the cafe if they give you a beating. I changed the money at the hotel, the exchange rate was very good , you can also change the money at jewelry stores there, the exchange rate is good, they also change it in stores, but the exchange rate is worse. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.The hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel, I recommend it.

Wonderful hotel and thanks to all the staff! The breakfasts are 5+, which is different from other good hotels - the assortment varies. The restaurant is the best according to TripAdvisor. Upon check-in, a compliment from the hotel is a bottle of wine and fruit. In the evening - chocolates, at departure - a beach bag as a gift. Territory - landscaping at a height. Private beach, palm tree umbrellas, a breeze, you can lie at least all day - it's not hot, sun beds with a mattress are very comfortable. The sea has waves almost all the time, 1-2 points, but it is quite possible to swim. The spa area is wonderful, at first I went to the advertised botany spa, but there were doubts about the cleanliness, and in the spa of the hotel, without a doubt, everything is exceptionally clean. Cleaning is daily, high-quality, beach towels are clean and dry every day, which is very important in a humid climate. Restaurants and shops are about 2 km away, we rarely went, mostly by taxi - about 50,000 days or about 200 rubles, because it's hot to walk during the day, it's dark in the evening.

This is a wonderful hotel! Beautiful, large, clean and well maintained territory. We visited the hotel in April 2025 at the end of the season, and therefore there were not very many vacationers. Overall, I liked the hotel, even though the main pool was closed for renovation. The breakfasts at the hotel were delicious. We were probably given a coupon to visit the SPA area due to the closure of the pool. I'm not a fan of going there, and I liked the massage I got. Among the disadvantages, the hotel staff who speak little Russian can be noted. Although the girl, I don't remember her name, who speaks Russian, was very kind and provided all possible assistance. To communicate with the staff, install a translator on your phone, it will be much easier to communicate. Also, on the one hand, the disadvantages include the remoteness of the hotel from Mui Ne itself. Although it was probably a plus for us. We walked. Also install the GRAB taxi app on your phone. It will be much cheaper to drive around the cafe. I liked Mr. CRAB from the fish cafes, but don't go there on a day off. There will be a lot of locals there. I liked the Teahouse 312 cafe with Russian cuisine.

The hotel is great! As far as I'm concerned, it's good for access to the sea - there was access to the water right away. Accessibility to civilization - within a radius of 2-2.5 km to the right there is everything you need (shops, restaurants, bike rental). The hotel itself is 4 rooms, but I would say that it is a good 5 rooms, we had 3 rooms for the company, all were excellent, not a single complaint. The rooms were of different categories, all with beautiful views, I wouldn't bother with that. The service is excellent, the cleaning is excellent, a lot of all kinds of presents for everyone (wine, chocolate, sweets, fruits), a good mini bar if necessary. There is an administrator with knowledge of the Russian language, which is also a big huge bonus (dad got a severe leg burn on the first day, the administrator found out about it, asked every day, offered to call a nurse to the hotel, treated his wounds with scarlet, solved all our questions). The money was changed at the hotel, the exchange rate is normal, without problems at any time of the day or night, even changed in the opposite direction. By sea: the waves are mostly in the afternoon, they were relatively high several times in 10 days, but they are quite smooth, everyone swam without problems. There were 2 jellyfish days when there were no waves, I was stung only once in the back, it burned a little and the next day everything was gone. There is no animation, no entertainment either, the hotel is dying out in the evening, keep in mind that you will have to entertain yourself. There's a Russian channel in the room, some good English movies, YouTube, and a bunch of fun stuff on the TV. We had breakfast, there were a lot of local dishes, I can't eat that for breakfast, I ate the same thing for 10 days, but it suited me, the others were constantly trying something new, you definitely won't stay hungry. They make delicious yogurts themselves, bake pastries, bread, and desserts. The hotel has a very decent restaurant, which you can just come to at any time until late at night according to the menu. A good selection of dishes, everything is really delicious, and the prices are correspondingly high. There is a cafe on the beach, a menu from the restaurant, they can bring an order to the beach. There is beer and all kinds of drinks, smoothies, etc. They sign up for a number or you can pay with cash. The sun is sooo active, I have never seen such an active one anywhere, I do not recommend leaving the umbrella before 16.00 even with creams, absolutely everyone got burned on the first day, although they were not white and used protective creams (by the way, I bought python oil for myself after burns, I did not it's gone completely). The hotel has a small shop with sunscreens, white bathing robes, sun hats, bags of beach and bathing clothes, drinks, light snacks. In general, the hotel is decent, everyone liked it.

The Cliff is in my heart forever! I broke the comfort records in my personal hotel rating. For lovers of peace and quiet. Very beautiful territory, well maintained. The check-in took 5 minutes of our time. The staff here is very nice, they welcome you with a smile and are always ready to help. Upon check-in, we received a bonus - a fruit basket and a bottle of wine, Beach towels are changed in the room daily, and the cleaning is good. The room has everything you need. You can travel light. shower gel, shampoo, balm, toothbrushes and toothpaste are renewed every day. Minor necessities are always reported. The rooms are bright and comfortable. The breakfasts are full and varied. For every taste. I recommend trying local yoghurts, they are very tasty, and there are plenty of fruits. Daily bedtime gifts, it's so nice😊 Spa-complete relaxation. You can choose a convenient time and a master. The pools are large and clean. There are a lot of sun beds on the sea, there are always places. The beach is great. To the tourist center 20-30 minutes on foot. There you can dine at the cafes of your choice. I recommend Madame Lin, Madame Lan, Panda, Teahouse.

I want to share my impressions of my stay at this hotel. To begin with, the hotel made an impression at first sight. Newly renovated, stylish design, modern furniture – everything looks very respectable and cozy. The location is just perfect – within walking distance from the tourist area of Mui Ne with many restaurants, bars and shops, while in a quiet and secluded place where you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The beach and the sea are a separate song! The purest sand, clear water, excellent entrance to the sea. There were always free sun beds, which is very important for me as a perfectionist in such matters. I was pleased with the availability of entertainment – the billiard room and gym are working at the highest level. All the equipment is in excellent condition, perfect cleanliness is maintained. But the main thing is the people! The hotel staff are simply beautiful! They are always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with any questions. I would especially like to mention the organization of the New Year's Eve dinner – it was something incredible! An elegant table, a well–thought-out program, live music - everything is on the level! The food is also excellent. The restaurant offers a varied menu, everything is very tasty and beautifully served. We were especially impressed, of course, by the abundance of a variety of local seafood – the freshest and cooked with soul. The cleanliness in the hotel is five plus. The rooms are cleaned carefully, and the public areas are always spotless. The service is beyond praise. Any requests are fulfilled instantly, the administrators are always ready to resolve any issue in favor of the guest. In general, the hotel left the most pleasant impressions. This is exactly the place where every detail is thought out, where you are really appreciated as a guest and where you want to come back again. 5 out of 5 stars for impeccable service, comfort, cleanliness and atmosphere! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a vacation in Vietnam in this area. Among the disadvantages: the construction of a new building on the territory of the hotel, the beach is occasionally dirty, and the lining in the pool has fallen off in places. One of the best hotels in Mui Ne. The hotel is located on a hill with a picturesque view of the sea. The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, shaded by palm trees, which allows you to enjoy swimming even in the hottest weather. The sea here is the cleanest in all of Mui Ne. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant, which is one of the best in the city. The nearest restaurants can be reached on foot — the distance is only 1.5 km along the sea. However, if you do not want to go, you can use the delivery service. Among the disadvantages, it is worth noting that there is no clothes dryer in the rooms. The breakfasts are excellent!!!

We stayed at Cliff in April 2025, and we are delighted with the hotel! All the positive reviews are absolutely true. When checking into a wellcom drink, passports are not taken away, 1 million VND refundable deposit was taken. Upon check-in, they give you a fruit basket for free. The territory is green, 2 swimming pools. The big one was under renovation, but has already been renovated and opened. The hotel itself is located slightly on a hill relative to the beach, so from the sea you have to go a little uphill and up the stairs (there are golf carts, they carry you for free). There are sun beds/umbrellas by the pool and on the beach, free of charge, there was always enough for everyone. Although there are those who borrow before breakfast. By the way, it says by the pool that such unattended towels will be cleaned. The Chinese came over the weekend, just like everywhere else. Before the weekend, we went and wondered where all the people disappeared after breakfast, because almost everywhere we were alone: the pool, the beach, the sea The beach is wide, there is no debris, there are jellyfish in the sea like everywhere else, they sting. The sun beds are separated by greenery for greater privacy. They give you bathrobes, beach towels, rubber beach slippers and a beach cloth bag. 2 bottles of water per day, shower cap, comb, razor, toothbrush/paste, sewing kit, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner. Tea/coffee/sugar. Everyone replenishes every cleaning. There is a hair dryer, I dried my long hair normally. There is wifi, good, catches throughout the territory. Air conditioning, refrigerator in the room, also known as a minibar, There is a safe, we did not use it. Towels/linen are changed every 2 days. Every day there is cleaning in the afternoon, they also come in the evening and put a "good night" card and 2 chocolates. The breakfasts are hearty, there is some local food, but mostly what we are used to eating. There is no coffee/tea and juices from drinks, cola-type sodas, etc. There are always 4 types of fruits for sure: pineapple, passion fruit, dragon fruit, watermelon and sometimes something else. The hotel is on the edge of Mui Ne, on the first day it took about 15 minutes on foot to reach places where you can eat (Madame ding) and there are shops. The hotel provides free bikes if necessary, but the road is slightly uphill there, you won't really like this idea in the heat, it's stuffy even in the evening. We rented a bike (not at the hotel) : 5-7 minutes drive to the "civilization" , the hotel has free guarded Parking. Of the cons: the hotel has a construction site nearby, they have been working since morning and even in the dark, they are building new villas, there is noise. There is no dust in the rooms or on the beach. You can hear the construction site right next to the small pool and in the villas. At the end of the rest, the murvies came to us to walk in the bathroom, but they didn't really bother us, most likely they came to the discarded pineapple peels, so if you take fruit to the room, don't throw the leftovers into the trash in the room. The rooms with sea views on the 1st floor immediately above the restaurant have a shared balcony where you can exit from any room, sometimes it was annoying, in the evening you had to close the curtains tightly, otherwise someone could see you lying in the room, for example) Each room has its own part of the balcony, there is a table and a sofa, but there is a very short fence between the balconies and you almost sit with your neighbors together, hear absolutely every word and see them)) To avoid this, ask for rooms on the 2nd floor, there is not at least a shared balcony (we are talking about the main building)

I am delighted with the hotel. The location is very convenient. There are no shops, cafes, or noise in front of the hotel. The territory is green, well maintained, very beautiful. Two pools, one huge with a bar, the other small. Very attentive staff. Every evening they brought us a note with good night wishes and chocolates. A very nice compliment on arrival, fruits, wine, sweets. Cleaning daily without reminders, change of towels daily. The bed linen was changed every three days. The food is decent on the buffet. Both the local Vietnamese cuisine and the Europeans have plenty to choose from. Very nice restaurant in the hotel. Reasonable prices, high-quality food and service. The beach is good, there are plenty of sun loungers. Cafes, shops, restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel. If it were six stars, I'd give it six!

We really liked the hotel - beautiful, well-maintained territory. Before booking a hotel, you need to understand that it is located a short distance from the resort area. By taxi, literally 3-5 minutes to the cafes, at a cost of 100 rubles (you need to order through the local taxi GRAB application). The hotel had good breakfasts, there was everything not to stay hungry: Pho Bo soup, omelets, fried eggs, pancakes, fritters, sausages, side dishes, fruits, etc. You can also have lunch and dinner at the same restaurant for a fee. We ate here several times, everything is delicious, but the price tag is 1.5-2 times higher than in cafes in the resort area. There are very few people in the hotel, there are always free sun beds both at sea and by the pool. From entertainment: kayaks can be rented for free on the beach, there is ping pong and billiards. My husband and I enjoyed playing. On Saturdays, the beach club has live music at sunset. There is a spa center, everything is very beautiful there, the girls are pleasant, the massage is done well. All the towels are clean, you lie down and enjoy. At prices, of course, you need to understand that everything is 1.5-2 times more expensive than in Mui Ne. We were given a photo shoot as a nice bonus - we are waiting for photos :)) In general, I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!

Nice hotel, located at the entrance, you need to walk about 3 km to the shops. The beach is located in the bay, so the waves always have a breeze after 11 a.m. But there is a large swimming pool. Nice territory. There is a spa and a small fitness room on site. Breakfast options are 7 out of 10. The restaurant for lunch and dinner turns out to be expensive, and the choice is small.

My wife really liked the massage parlor. The gym-I wandered in there while the girl was getting a massage-well, that's it. Without air conditioning, you can't work out in the heat, it's better to swim. The restaurant is considered delicious. The mattresses are fire, beautiful. The hotel as a whole is for lovers of tranquility.

Only here, for the first time out of all the countries where I have been, even the most prosperous, money has disappeared from my safe! FROM THE SAFE!!! I'll make a reservation right away, alcohol didn't get into me in this climate, otherwise I wouldn't have written. I clearly remember when, how much and where I put it. The money is gone! And the most unpleasant thing is that the hotel staff took a very indirect part. Well, something like "will you look in the bags, suitcases", or "are you sure?". And the most interesting thing is that I informed the reception in the evening, and in the morning the manager meets me and says "I was told that you lost money"!!! I did not lose them, they disappeared from the safe!!! As a result, I put the bolt. When you get ready for the hotel, carry the money with you. Otherwise. The territory is beautiful. The staff at the bars is nice and helpful. Vietnam and the people, apart from this situation, are good. Will I come to Cliff again? Definitely not, sorry!

The food was delicious, the dinners were only for a fee, they could not be included in the price of the trip. The rooms are clean, cozy, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, special beach bags and flip-flops are available in the rooms. On the first day of arrival, the rooms were served wine (bottle), sweets and fruits. Bottled water was paid for. Restaurants are 20-30 minutes from the hotel, prices are more pleasant than in the hotel itself for dinner, but unsanitary conditions are attached to the pleasant prices. Any excursions, it's +4 hours in time, since the hotel is located 4 hours from Saigon, which is of course very inconvenient, because practically the whole day disappears, getting up at 4-5 in the morning and you are not at the hotel until 20 o'clock, and sunsets at 16-17 o'clock and it turns out you won't be on the beach all day.. The hotel is very quiet, calm, we went to a New Year's Eve dinner, it was the best New Year's Eve entertainment program in the form of all kinds of dances, youth music and magic tricks, it was a little boring and protracted, but then there was live music , dancing,games, in general, everything was fun and tried to involve the guests. The New Year's Eve dinner was also very varied, with plenty of seafood, but again drinks were not included. I am very pleased with the hotel, the beach, by the way, was very clean, only the waves were big, the water was warm, there were no animals in the water.
