The cafe is located in a good location, in a beautiful, old house on the ground floor from the corner of the building. The original interior inside, especially in sunny weather, is simply fascinating. Very beautiful. The menu is quite classic, without frills. But there is a mochi dessert on the menu, which is very pleasing, as I love it very much. The staff are girls, very kind and polite. I was confused by only one moment - desserts are served in a disposable dish with a plastic fork. I would like to see normal dishes and not plastic ones in service. Well, teas and coffee are also all in disposable cups. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Every time I look at who's working, I don't go in when there's a girl with short hair at the bar (sorry, I don't know her name because she wasn't wearing a badge). No matter how many times I didn't get on her shift, so many times she wasn't in the mood, she never smiled, she didn't react to the word hello in any way, and if you ordered something, it was accompanied by a heavy sigh and a displeased look, and she answered questions about what it consisted of reluctantly, as if she hated me, that I I came here, generally an unpleasant employee.

The first time I was in a coffee shop on Yakub Koloss and was very pleased. A guy and a girl worked and there was this interaction between them at the bar, I laughed with them heartily)) We didn't know what to take with our friends and the girl made it to our taste, everything was very tasty

Solid entrance doors. Nice interior. We ordered a decaf cappuccino and a double espresso. In general, there is no choice of coffee varieties. The barista called something indistinctly and that's it. When the espresso was served, it was a shock. It's in a paper cup. Then why all this interior and a solid entrance? A kiosk would be enough. I had to go to the counter for a cappuccino. I still didn't understand - in the first case, a drink was brought, in the second, they invited me to the counter. Cappuccino is also in a paper cup. According to tastes... The cappuccino is good, but the foam seemed a little thin. But in general, it's not bad. Espresso tastes good when you drink it. But then the bitter aftertaste did not let go for a long time. This finished off the coffee impression, given the paper cup... The cafe has potential. But we need to improve the service...

The staff is pleasant and quite efficient , for which 🌟 (2 ). But the interior, alas, the shades are stained with paint on the windows, the tables are torn out of the walls (fasteners are loose), the toilet is a separate story 😐
Well, first of all, there is only cold water (not very much in winter)
Secondly, ventilation does not work (from the word at all)
Thirdly, you will wash your hands with dishwashing detergent (well, at least a jar with the "FAIRY" logo)
, a urinal, a bidet (pseudobide), a smart seat....
The price tag is exactly like that. And by the way, be careful at the entrance, you can easily get up there, since there is no mat.

1. Music. Hookah rap, Max Korzh, songs with obscene expressions. Friends, seriously? You are a city coffee shop in Minsk, keep the brand. The barista turned on her vidos to this "music" and listened without headphones. Well, I'm with her. It seems to me that this is unacceptable in coffee shops.
2. Your only sofa smells bad. Very sweaty clothes.
3. Today the cappuccino was overheated and bitter, although, as a rule, your coffee is not bad.
4. I wish you to fix the faucet as soon as possible and serve the food in the dishes.
