I took off one star for the vague food restaurant at the top of the hotel. But! Given the proximity of MEGA grocery LuLu and the availability of a kitchen, this is not a real problem for those who are able to cook on their own. Kitchen utensils are available. They don't clean up just to "wow", but neatly. A large suite of 2 rooms: a living room and a bedroom. But it clearly does not reach the 60 meters stated on the website. However, there's plenty of room for two. Excellent location (especially valuable is the proximity of the mall (groceries + clothes, etc.) in the WTC. There are bus stops nearby. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk away, but although it is large, it is extremely unsightly. It's better to get to the islands. The staff tries to be polite and respond to email requests. You can ask for a high floor.

The location of the hotel is great, near the embankment, where you can walk and jog in the morning. It is convenient to use a taxi to travel to the beaches, but the rooms require a little renovation, especially the kitchen. The staff is great, very friendly and courteous.

I chose it because of the price, which was minimal for such a large room (3 large rooms) and the location - the very center, near the beach, hypermarket, cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget (I found a coffee shop next to quite a good coffee for 100 rubles). There are ATMs nearby where you can withdraw cash without problems. I was surprised: the linen was changed every day. Disadvantages: the rooms are not new, but in general everything is quite decent

Excellent apartments, parking service at the hotel. There were problems with the stove and restocking of toiletries, but upon request, everything was brought and repaired. In general, I liked everything, there are shops, cafes nearby, the location is good.

Large apartment of 110m2. Very big! Two double beds, a folding sofa is additionally available, a coffee table in the hall. The blackout curtains are full! The cabinets are spacious, there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, everything is available. A huge Lu-Lu hypermarket is within walking distance across the street behind the mosque in the photo. The sea is nearby, see the photo! The reception is beautiful.

A large bed in a separate room, a folding sofa in a large one. The kitchen is so-so: kettle, microwave and two comfort plates. If you need to fry it, take a frying pan, it's disgusting in place. There is a minimum set of dishes.

I am absolutely delighted with the placement. A large room with a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen. There is an ironing board and an iron. Fully equipped kitchen. There is always tea, coffee, sugar. There is a supermarket with homemade food nearby. The city's free beach is a 15-minute walk away. There are many parks and green areas nearby.

A fairly budget hotel for reasonable money. We are vacationing with our family at the time of writing the review (school holidays at the end of October). This is not the first time we choose this hotel because of its proximity to the sea, we spend no more than 20 minutes to the nearest beach at a leisurely pace. There is a large shopping center and small shops nearby. The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, we were not delighted with the breakfasts, there is no variety, everything is extremely modest.

I was looking for a hotel with a kitchen near the Corniche. I think we are lucky. A large room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a living room, in fact an ordinary deluxe like everything they have. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, and all appliances were working. They cooked almost every day. The windows do not open, as in most hotels in the UAE, some kind of local joke, but there were no problems. Cleaning was done every day. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well located. Near the Corniche beach, parks, playgrounds. Taxis are easy to catch. I recommend the Lulu supermarket across the street, there is a very good selection of products and ready-made delicious food, I have not seen so many types of hummus anywhere) the ready-made food is very tasty, local Arabic cuisine. We were vacationing with a child 1.10. I liked everything

We stayed for three days. I liked the hotel, the spacious rooms (we had a De-Suite double), an equipped kitchen with a microwave, a set of dishes, a kettle, electric stoves, a refrigerator. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room. Separate bedroom, large bed, bathroom. The room is quiet enough. Breakfast in the cafe on the 18th floor is good, there are both Arabic and European dishes. The hotel is close to the promenade and the public beach, there are many shops and malls around.
