Lovely new hotel with modern and chic interior. This is my second time staying in here and I am more than happy to be coming over and over. The breakfast is decent, kitchen makes omelette, fried eggs on request and its delicious.
Staff at reception is polite, same is the security personel. Very effective and helpful
I would love to see the presence of stationery in the room like small scissors ✂️, kit for shoes cleaning and most importantly Prayer mat for muslim. This is just a suggestion

While this spot might seem budget-friendly, you can score more bang for your buck elsewhere at a similar rate. Factors like naming stand out, but when it comes to interior decor, bed linens, bathroom cosmetics, cleanliness, ventilation, service, staff proficiency, and employee expertise, there's room for improvement.

A great new hotel. The staff is pleasant. The room was cleaned every day. Drinking water, a set of towels - everything is on top. The breakfast is varied, lots of fruits. The only thing that spoils the picture is visiting a restaurant for lunch and dinner. The menu is small and everything that was ordered is tasteless. Even beer. Probably, that's why there are no people in the restaurant except for breakfast. The location is far from the center, of course, but there is a TV tower with an observation deck and a local market nearby. The hotel is good.

New, lovely, cozy, well-groomed. The breakfasts are more than sufficient, really tasty and varied, the plumbing glitters as if it had just been installed. I really liked the hotel ,clean ,new ,friendly reception staff ,nice guys ,we are frequent guests in Tashkent and stayed at this hotel for the first time, and would like to stay always, BUT :
We had a check-out at 6:40 in the morning, we were with 2 small children and my husband offered to take a couple of buns for children from the restaurant, since we have breakfast included, and then to the children, just children, we asked to give a small container or bag and suddenly runs out like crazy (cook or who I do not know ) nervous,says nervously to the workers : so put one croissant and something else I didn 't understand , I say I 'll put it myself , literally I wanted to take one loaf and 2 bananas, she stood next to me and watches what I put in the container , her husband asks are you guarding us , she says no, she moved away and she yelled at the workers, I didn't understand what she was shouting there, but it was very unpleasant and it's a pity that with such a mood she works in the kitchen and cooks food.
Maybe it was necessary to give her a container with food , she probably didn 't have breakfast in the morning .

A hotel without stars, so they said at the reception. It is difficult to argue with this after living in it. We arrived in the morning, there was a desire to check in right away. There are rooms, but you need to wait until 14-00 or pay 50% of the daily cost for an early check-in. This is the first time we have encountered such a situation.. it is clear when the rooms are occupied and there is nowhere to move in, but the rooms are free. I had to pay and check in at 11 am. The hotel is fresh, the rooms are spacious, but the space is not organized at all, a small table, one chair in a large room does not look natural, there is simply nowhere to put clothes except the closet. Breakfast for 2 *, the assortment is meager, it is quite difficult to choose something. In the restaurant, the large porch to the veranda, where there are tables, is not marked in any way. Every day someone stumbles or falls, terribly and dangerously. At night, someone else tried to move into one of our rooms... the door opened and the guests began to come in.. can you imagine that? You are sleeping, and guests come to your room with a key and things. At night, loud music, a la disco, whether from the first floor or from one of the rooms, it is not clear, no one cares about it. In the evening there is no restaurant, there is only a bar with cola, fanta and snacks from breakfast.there's not even beer, you don't have to talk about the rest. We left early in the morning, so we asked for a lunchbox with us. Everyone was given yogurt, but there was no spoon, a small sandwich with a micro piece of inedible sausage and 2 rolls and an apple. As a result, you can only eat an apple. Here is a hotel without stars in the center of Tashkent. I do not recommend visiting this place

A good hotel, but there are a couple OF THINGS: 1 corner suites with panoramic views of the city are TERRIBLY HOT and if the sun shines through the window in autumn or spring, then the room will be +30 and there is no way to open the window to check, and the air conditioner does not work at this time of year. It can be seen that the occupancy rate of the hotel is still small, but it's a matter of time.

Все на очень хорошем уровне. Новый отель. Матрас и постельное бельё на 5+. Завтрак хороший. Персонал ведет себя профессионально. Не шумно с улицы и на окнах затемняющие шторы.

Бронировал через Букинг. Приехал отметить годовщину с женой Не пустили без ЗАГСа. Хотел снять два номера и там сказали что друг другу в номер ходить нельзя. Бред какой-то!!!
