We visited the hotel at the end of June 2025. We lived in the Premier suite. The view from the balcony is simply amazing! Look at the photo, it's beyond words! Very green, beautiful territory. Squirrels and geckos are running. Monitor lizards live in the river behind the hotel, one was met on the hotel grounds:) From the room to the sea - 3 minutes through a beautiful area. The beach and the sea are incredible! Very nice, clean water, few people. Beach boy puts a sunbed and an umbrella wherever you point your finger. All the hotel staff are lovely people! Everyone greets and smiles. By the time you reach the sea, your cheeks get tired of smiling at everyone))) The only disadvantage of the hotel is that one building and the reception area are located on an elevation. It's a little hard to stomp in the heat. Who will take the most budget rooms - keep this in mind. Shuttles travel around the territory, they can give us a ride, but we were too lazy to call and wait, so we walked more often. There are about 5 cafes near the hotel within walking distance, there is a pharmacy and a semerochka. You need to go towards Chaweng for 15 minutes to get fruits. Overall, we enjoyed the rest and the hotel very much! I recommend the hotel to those who need a beautiful green area and a gorgeous sea. We didn't climb under the beds in search of dust, and we didn't really care about cleaning, but it seemed like we cleaned every day, it was clean for us :))

Visited in June 2024 by a family of 2 adults + 2 children ("Family Suite"). The weather is great in Koh Samui at the beginning of June. There are no waves, no rains, and it's not particularly hot. A great hotel - suitable for both family and couple holidays. A gorgeous sandy beach, a picturesque area surrounded by greenery, lots of birds, squirrels running, several pools, including a children's pool. The entrance to the sea is gentle, ideal for those with children. There are tides in this place, but they are not particularly noticeable. Very clean both on the beach and on the territory of the hotel! Waking up to birdsong is magical!!! It is possible to travel around the territory by buggy, which is especially important in the heat, since the territory is large. The car can be called from the room by phone. There is a gym, which is small but well equipped. Yes, of course, the room stock and furniture cannot be called fresh, much has been written about this in the reviews. Good WI-FI throughout the hotel. There is everything you need near the hotel - cafes, massage, currency exchange, 7 eleven. The disadvantages, in our opinion, are not particularly critical if you do not attach special importance to the "dead" sun beds on the beach, mediocre breakfast, lack of drying for wet clothes, which have long required replacement of sanitary equipment, etc. In general, based on the ratio of a low price and the indicated advantages, we recommend you to visit! P.S. In June 2025, we stayed at the Grand Deluxe Bungalow for a few days. The plumbing is new, clean, the deck chairs were partially changed on the beach. Otherwise, in our opinion, the review from last year is relevant now.

I liked the hotel, we initially came to it for 3 days, and then extended it several times.)) A huge, beautiful, well-groomed territory, surrounded by greenery. An electric car drives around the territory . Breakfasts with sea views , good coffee machines . We had a premier room on the 2nd floor - spacious, comfortable, huge balcony-terrace overlooking the garden, wooden furniture on the balcony (armchairs and a table). A good beach (Chaweng Noi), a lot of sun beds, clean up if garbage is washed up from the sea. There is a swimming pool on the beach (relevant when there are waves). You can walk to Chaweng (we took a shortcut through a nearby hotel))
