There is no metro nearby, it is very far to the beach (40 minutes by taxi: 50 - 60 aed in one direction with a hand if you catch it) There's a construction site everywhere, you leave the hotel and turn your head around, there are only construction sites around. You sit in the pool and hear the piling and crushing of the walls. (After a while, of course, everything will be built, but nevertheless, it's super convenient now) I can't tell you from the shops or restaurants in the area, we went to look once, were defeated, took a taxi and went to the Marina. In general, the hotel is great inside, but it is surrounded by construction on all sides. Location is its biggest drawback, splurge on a taxi.

Not a bad hotel. Clean, cozy rooms. It works according to the breakfast, breakfast/dinner system. The food is not bad. There is a swimming pool with a large TV on which football matches are broadcast. There is a bar next to the pool. You can order food, alcohol, and non-alcoholic cocktails. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, there are always promotions on days of the week for different dishes. There are transfers to the main attractions of Dubai, usually in one direction. Transfer to the beach in both directions. The beach is excellent, located on a Palm Tree (Soluna beach), with a cooled pool. The beach also has all the infrastructure, starting from sun beds/ umbrellas and ending with a pool bar. The area itself is quiet enough, far from the main attractions, but there are many inexpensive restaurants and shops. Transfer to the beach from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic jams. Russian-speaking employees are not constantly present, there are no channels in Russian on TV.
