The following situation overshadowed the impression. I bought a hair product at the salon. I was told that it was in stock and would be delivered the next day by courier. The product has been paid for. I waited until 6 p.m. I called the salon myself and asked where the courier was. They told me that they would call him and me now, but they did not call me back. An hour later, I asked again where the courier was. I was assured that he was just in traffic and would definitely arrive at half past 8 or 9 p.m. As a result, the day completely turned into another one. No one called me. It's very unprofessional, so disregard the client's time. A wasted day of waiting, empty promises and no apologies. If you do not know how to perform the service on time, then you do not undertake it, or hire staff who can work well and at least warn about delays or delivery problems. And so, in terms of the quality of the service not rendered and the attitude towards the client, you do not reach the prestigious salon, but more like a hairdressing salon on the market.
