I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times, I wasn't even bothered by the electric train, which is buzzing shrilly. But the fact that the whole floor is broken and all the washing machines are broken-I was depressed. I see that the owner himself doesn't care, so I moved out early, leaving a complaint on the site. Well, you can't just leave everything like that! The cleaners are lovely women, they have been working for years, but they do not clean the stairs! Last time there was a huge dead cockroach lying around for 2 weeks or more, and another time it was all in cigarette butts. The chefs cook disgusting, they just don't know how and what to cook, they are not Thai by the way, so the last time I lived without their breakfasts, the restaurant turns on huge cooling units and air conditioning, so the food gets cold quickly and you sit freezing.
