The hotel itself is great. The rooms are good. The staff that serves the rooms is also good. but! The accommodation staff leaves much to be desired. Not a single Russian-speaking manager. Upon check-in, they call the amount for the luxury room and say that there are no others. If you don't like the price, search through the sites yourself or elsewhere. We made a reservation on the official website 4 times cheaper. As a result, we were told 5 times that they did not see the reservation in any way and could not help in any way, although the payment was made. After 3 hours, she was magically found and we were settled. 2 days before the end of the reservation, we decided to find out exactly when and at what time we need to leave. 3 different employees gave us different dates and eventually told us to come in the evening. In the evening, we waited 2 hours for an answer to be given to us in the end. Considering all these points, we spent 2 days clarifying the circumstances of our stay. That's just terrible...

Nice and clean hotel. I don't remember the number of stars. We were with my husband in March 2019 for about two weeks. There is a swimming pool, fitness, hammam and massages. Also manicures and pedicures. Everything was used, everything is fine. The usual Turkish breakfasts. I put one minus, since the reception staff, if they have a Turkish surname, pretend that they do not know English.
