Only for those who want to smoke a hookah. There is clearly not enough exhaust/ventilation. We went in for a beer, there was no one but us, but the smell of tobacco was such that it tore my throat and hurt my eyes. We drank a mug and went to look for another place.

It's a good place. Very helpful staff, wonderful waiters and hookah man. Delicious tea. A good smoky hookah. Fast feed. Nice and clean.
