The hotel itself is not bad for tourists who spend the whole day outside and in fact only come to spend the night - hot water, clean bed linen, relative cleanliness in the room. But at the same time, the rooms are very small, the TV did not work, that is, it is not very comfortable to spend a long time in the hotel. The biggest disadvantage is the receptionist named Berg, a disgusting type! Arrogant, boorish, we couldn't solve a single issue through him, he still openly laughed at us. Not a day passed that one of the guests did not quarrel with him. If the management of the hotel keeps him there, it will obviously not benefit the reputation of the hotel

I put 4 (so I would put 2) only because of the excellent Russian-speaking young man at the reception, who always helped and went to the meeting, which I can not say about the other-the Turk (who the only thing he told us did not like, you can go)
initially we were settled in economy and standard, despite the fact that that we paid for 2 standards, only the next day we were relocated. the bathroom is all mildewed, a lot of dust, dirty. but on the plus side - towels are changed every day, the bed is changed every three days - to be honest, we did not expect this.
the breakfasts are meager, but you can have a snack

The hotel has a very good location, all historical sights are within walking distance. We stayed for 6 nights in April, room 504 on the last (I think the fourth) floor overlooking the Marmara Sea (I was very worried that they would put us in some kind of economy room in the basement, but we were probably lucky). There is an elevator to the penultimate floor. The room itself is very small, we already had a mattress, the bathroom apparently had a bad extractor hood, because after the shower the whole room was steamed, which is why all the metal surfaces in the bathroom are covered with plaque. They were heated by air conditioning at night, I think it may be cold in winter. There is a panel near the doors where you can ask to clean up. On the first day, I accidentally clicked on it, when we returned to the room, we saw that the garbage had been taken out. No more cleaning was called, respectively, no one cleaned. There are no dishes in the room, no refrigerator, only shower accessories. Breakfasts are held in the next building - this is the Reina Hotel, quite tolerable for a budget tourist. You can come there to drink tea/coffee at any time.
There were no problems with the administrators, they all seemed very pleasant to me, the only Russian-speaking cook. The hotel is quite suitable for an overnight stay of a budget tourist, but no more.
