After the urgent approval "... we have booked this hotel and this beach and we have no desire to move...." we were offered, as a favor, a tiny 3*3.6 m room + bathroom! This is when booking a room with a height of 22 meters. Additionally, upon payment, we charged + 4% of the booking price. Booking, how is that? Another couple moved in behind us and the situation was exactly the same! They were moved to another place!!!!! A few days later, the administrator asked not to write a bad review on the Booking, promising to refund the cost of one night 2400 baht. When chek out tried to give 1000 baht for silence, we refused.

At the hotel, they ask for money for everything. Beach towel-30 baht. The water in the room is always cold only. They asked me to do it-hot water flows for five minutes, then cold again. They spat. We washed cold. My daughter lost the key. We were charged 500 baht on the last day. It says on the key-if 200 baht is lost. It's like these little things spoil the impression.
