It's a beautiful castle, and there's an interesting exhibit inside. There was a performance on the inner square, for some reason the Scots, but it was interesting :-)

It's a great place. A very interesting audio guide, there are a lot of exhibits in the exhibition space. And climbing the tower by narrow stairs immerses you in the world of the Middle Ages so much that you begin to hear the sound of a distant battle and feel the fussy running of castle servants. Amazing impressions of everything that is here. And the most beautiful views

It's a very cool place! It's beautiful and atmospheric. Everything has been restored with high quality, straight European level. The tour of the castle is quite interesting, I regret that we did not go to the prison basement. If we were without children, we would definitely have sat in a local tavern) I would also like to mention the theatrical performance in the courtyard, with a Scotsman and a nobleman. It's a lot of fun, the kids enjoyed it, and I'm absolutely thrilled + where else can you wave medieval blades!

Beautiful castle, renovated in 2010, you can climb the wall and the towers. The park is small, if you want to visit both castles in a day, it is better to go here first and then to Nesvizh. There is a very large and beautiful park there.

A beautiful castle. I had a feeling that I was transported to the Middle Ages, but at the same time all the services are modern and comfortable. The tour was interesting. In the evening, the backlight is turned on. You can enter the territory (courtyard) after closing. The on-site cafe closes at the same time as the castle. It's small, but there's some delicious firewood. Of course, this castle is smaller than Nesvizh Castle, but it is not inferior in beauty.

A place worth visiting. I will not spoil it for those who intend to visit it. I can only say one thing — there are two types of tickets at the ticket office: 1. Main exhibition + two towers. 2. Everything from the first ticket + 3 more towers + a prison + a church with a crypt. In my opinion, extended ticket No. 2 is a waste of money. Just about nothing. But No. 1 is worthy. And very much so. However, who am I to discourage you from spending your money on your own. Visit, spend, and see for yourself. Only, when climbing three empty towers, do not climb the stairs down into the passage, because in some places, it is easier to do this, and the height of the fall is sometimes up to 6-8 m. Yes, on the stone steps. And do not take small children with you on the extended ticket. Listen to your uncle.

Very cool. You can walk around the castle, around the castle, around the museum for hours. Immersing yourself in the ancient atmosphere. Everything is beautifully done. One of the most beautiful castles in the Republic of Belarus. I recommend.

It's a beautiful castle. There is a place to eat, which is important, because only 3 establishments were found on the ground, one of them was closed, one was not very well served. Be sure to take a tour of the castle walls) cool, but very narrow and steep stairs, take care of your head. I recommend you to visit.

It's a very interesting place. We were on a guided tour first inside and while we looked at everything, unfortunately, there was very little time left for an external inspection of the castle. In my opinion, the castle building itself deserves more attention. It doesn't even take 5 minutes to get around it. If I'm lucky and come back, I'll definitely spend all my time exploring the castle and the nearby church.

It's a very interesting place. A medieval castle that survived several wars. There are several large parking lots. He started working as a museum in 2010 after more than 20 years of restoration work. Spare no expense on the audio guide.

A very beautiful castle, which is worth spending your time on, the exterior is incomparable. But when visiting the expositions and exploring the towers, you need to be careful about the very steep and narrow ascents, which makes the walk exciting and even extreme in its kind) I recommend visiting in the morning while there are few visitors, or in the evening. There are 5 main outposts around the castle that are worth visiting.

There is a lot to see, and if you like to climb ladders, you can climb walls or towers and go down to the basements. The architecture is impressive. I would like to say separately about the performance of the reenactors, the fights with cold weapons are impressive. Then you can hold it in your hands and take a picture with it. In general, the family liked it, I want to go.

It is very interesting and unusually beautiful. The castle is in a knight's style, with many appropriate attributes. And most importantly, spiral staircases are just a blast! The castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 75 percent of the walls have been preserved over time by the owners. I definitely recommend it!

It's a very interesting place. The castle's exterior is impressive with its monumental walls and towers, courtyard, galleries, steep stairs and passageways. On the one hand, you can feel the ancient spirit of the ancient castle, the history itself, and on the other hand, modern infrastructure elements are very organically integrated - everything is for tourists ... We were lucky with our guide, Vladimir. Well done. We heard a lot of interesting things from him, not only about this place, but also about the times when ancient castles were built on the territory of present-day Belarus.

Definitely worth a visit! The castle itself is an interesting exhibit from the point of view of the completed reconstruction. It is very interesting to walk inside the towers on narrow and steep stairs. There is no need to compare them with Nesvizh Castle, they are different, and it is definitely worth visiting both.

Very beautiful! It's great that there is such a wonderful place for tourists. The only wish is to adjust the flow of entry and exit to the gallery, please put up signs. There is an "ascent" on one ladder, and a "descent" on the other. Otherwise, there are crowds of people standing, waiting and jostling. Thanks!

A beautiful castle, mesmerizing from the first minutes. The music of the Middle Ages gives a special atmosphere. The territory is very well maintained. It is worth being attentive to people with leg problems, there are a lot of steps, at the exit from the exposition and in the towers they are very high. Do not forget to visit the prison, as well as the church at the back of the castle, this is included in the ticket price. I recommend a mandatory visit)

A beautiful castle where you can walk along its walls, climb the towers, go down to the prison, stroll through the halls of the castle and visit the wine cellar. You can rent a room in the castle itself and, despite the modern equipment of the rooms, immerse yourself in the atmosphere of antiquity. There is a wonderful restaurant at the castle, where they will provide delicious and satisfying food)

I really enjoyed the tour and the careful treatment of the preserved exhibits. I would like to mention separately the possibility of free access to the towers and fortress walls. For lovers of real castles, I recommend it. I particularly liked the interior of the defensive walls. There are many connecting narrow stairs and passages. You can see the street through the loopholes in the walls. However, along with our tour, they also brought rabid schoolchildren. Maybe even a whole school. It was hard to miss them in the narrow aisles. You're not going in until the whole class is out. The interior of the apartment is also beautiful. And the scenery outside is pleasant. In general, I recommend it.

If you have been to Ragnit in the Kaliningrad region and dreamed of seeing that architectural ensemble "as before" - you are here. It's cool that there was time, money, and people who were able to restore both the medieval fortress and the castle part. Now it's interesting, beautiful, and informative. The tour only needs to be taken for the first time. Right in the castle complex. It is better to get here by private transport, rather than as part of an excursion group. To travel at your own pace to all possible locations. By the way, some of the travel options may not work on Monday.

The castle was recommended to see before the trip. He was included in the visiting program. I arrived at the place after dark, the planned hotel is no longer working, the neighboring one for 10 rubles (Belarusian) wanted more. Just the bed... I looked at the Castle's website in advance. It has a hotel (highlighted in white in the photo), a restaurant. There was nothing to see around at night, the village was asleep. The hotel room is 160₽ Belarusian rubles (*30 Russian rubles). The restaurant is in the basement, beautifully decorated. The waiter knows the menu and recommended the best dishes and dessert (brushwood) "from childhood." The service was fast, there were 3 chefs working. It's delicious, but the dishes are very, very small. Going to the room, I wanted to eat more. I saved a bag of food for the road. The receipt is 215 Belarusian rubles. Entrance tickets to the museum, towers for privileged categories are free of charge, just in case, have documents confirming the privilege with you. The tour starts at 10 a.m. Souvenirs can be bought at the reception of the hotel at any time or in the souvenir shop from 10 to 18.

In fact, I don't particularly like castles and castle complexes. This is because a cramped space enclosed by large walls usually gathers a number of people exceeding this space. And the atmosphere of the walls does not have the proper effect when for every historical square centimeter there is someone's foot, arm, backpack... But not this time. It was different in Mir Castle. Of course, in the main part of the castle (household, residential, whatever), it was impossible to set foot. People filled the whole space, it was difficult to see anything. But according to the tickets, we also had to visit a separate part of the castle - the facade. When we went there, we met an aunt with an already grown-up daughter, who assured us that there was nothing to see, that there was nothing interesting there. We (me, my son Miroslav and my niece Polina) decided that it was necessary to form our own opinion and confidently accelerated the step. They went down to the prison, where the guillotine was kept, and there were shackles on the floor. A very cramped and gloomy room with a peculiar damp smell. The most exciting sensations overtook us when we climbed the tower through a narrow spiral passage with short high steps. I must say the advantages of this part of the exhibition: 1. There were no guides or caretakers on the way, we were on our own. 2. Variability. There were many alternative passages, ascents and descents along the way. It's almost a maze. 3. There were few people. Apparently, someone did not know that the tickets include 2 locations, or simply did not want to walk through narrow tunnels alone, or was afraid of high cramped climbs; well, or, as in our case, was disappointed and did not go further. It was all to our advantage. Personally, I absorbed the energy of the stone walls, which put pressure on us not only mentally, but also physically, by 200%. The children also really enjoyed climbing, reasoning, coming up with their own alternative stories of these passages, walls, elevators, hatches, loopholes. We walked down each aisle (sometimes twice), comprehended each of the floors and had a lot of fun. The moral boost was very high, although physically it was very tiring. Our legs remembered this adventure for two or three more days, when we went down one of the stairs, or just squatted. In short, do not listen to anyone, think with your own head and do not weigh unnecessary information. If it goes against your plan, then it should not have weight and it should not be taken into account on the opposite side of the scale. From myself, I definitely recommend not to disdain the second location of the Mir Castle, soak up this extraordinary atmosphere, it will be with you for a long time!

A gorgeous place: a renovated castle, a beautiful park around. Climbing and descending in towers is another quest: narrow passages, steep stairs. But we really liked it. We can take an audio guide, but we didn't get it. It's probably better to take a guided tour. On the territory of the castle there is a hotel, catering points, a souvenir shop. We got to a theatrical show in the courtyard of the castle. And the cherry on the cake was a volley from a cannon before closing. I recommend you to visit and plunge into this atmosphere.

A place with its own history. We must be aware that the wars of the 19th and 20th centuries left little of the authentic atmosphere of this "country house" of the Radziwills, but the museum staff is trying their best. While the exposition is still "in the works". But it's worth a visit, the photos are atmospheric. Well, have a cup of coffee in the interiors of the castle... In general, I recommend it. If you suddenly want to have a snack not in a castle restaurant, but somewhere cheaper in the World, it may happen that all establishments are already reserved for tour groups. Keep this in mind. Well, actually, besides the castle, there is an Orthodox church with its own history, a church and a synagogue. But here you need a good local guide. You won't regret it.

A great, colorful place for a visit by a company or family. The atmosphere of the Middle Ages, as if you are immersed in the 16th and 17th centuries. Walking through the castle towers will leave a great impression, but you need to be prepared for narrow passages and uncomfortable ascents. There is a hotel, a dining room and a restaurant on site.
