The museum is small, but very informative. Be sure to take an excursion, it won't be so interesting on your own, as there are many highly specialized exhibits, chronicle extracts, and photographs. Yulia is a competent guide, with excellent speech and a sense of humor, the price of tickets and excursions is mere pennies. The duration was about an hour and a half, and the 11-year-old child listened with genuine attention - the information was presented easily and clearly.
The only caveat is the opening hours, only weekdays from 10 to 17. It would be nice to make at least one Saturday a month working.
You need to book a tour by phone.

I really enjoyed the tour!
Special thanks to Senior researcher Alexey Loiko for the tour. His story was so lively and enthusiastic that time flew by unnoticed. Alexey shared unique facts and stories from medicine.
I definitely recommend it to anyone who is interested in history, science, or just wants to spend time usefully! The museum's exposition allows us to assess how far medicine has come.

With such scrupulousness, love for medicine, for its origin, formation and development, all the facts, tools, certificates, objects of medical life and practice are collected -you can look at these details for hours, and you understand that this is the case when each thing has its own story, and it is interesting and rich, that would be Tell me, oh, Andersen! The suitcase of the zemsky doctor, a hearing aid tube, a first aid kit, sterilizers, a foot drill with lacquered armrests, with a comfortable headrest and footrest, appliances, tools made of steel that does not mind time- come on, a disposable syringe-goodbye), the form of sister milosediya-how much have you seen-long-suffering?, plague control installations, all these isolations, evacuations... diplomas from medical school with the obligation to work for 7 years!!! By distribution, hello graduates.
