We had a rest with friends from 31.10 to 14.11.2025. Of the advantages, I can say that the location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of the night market, shops, shopping center. During the 14 days of arrival at the hotel, there were few people. There were no large groups of foreigners. The hotel itself looks tired. The rooms are large, there is a kitchen and all the necessary utensils and appliances. As for the cleanliness in the room, the curtains on the windows are dirty and streaked. The bathroom has a damp and mildewy smell. The air conditioner is very noisy and dirty. The windows of the room overlooked the courtyard and at night dogs could be heard barking, and in the morning a rooster crowed. There was a choice of breakfast, 2 options. Option 1 - scrambled eggs with two eggs, spoons of lettuce, two sausages and two slices of ham. Option 2 is rice with egg and vegetables. Buffet: tea, coffee, juice, toast, jam, butter. The fruit has always been watermelon. The hotel has a small pool, but deep. The beach towels that could be taken on the ground floor were torn and stained, which apparently could no longer be washed.

A great place for travelers to relax. The rooms are huge, with an air conditioner, refrigerator, tiles and all necessary household items. The room is well cleaned, and a bottle of water is brought to each person every day. I am very attentive to the pillow, I put an extra blanket under my head at night, after the next cleaning I had an extra pillow, which was a very pleasant surprise, special thanks for that! The hotel is quiet, the walls are thick, and you can't hear anything, even though music is blaring from all sides at night. There is a swimming pool, always clean, nice to swim in the evening to cool off. Among the disadvantages are the same type of breakfasts and the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms, only at the reception. But we went on excursions all the days, so it didn't upset us. Near the hotel there are all entertainment venues and huge hypermarkets, including the Alcazar, the Airplane night market and the second Volkin Street. The sea is a 7-minute walk away. We were satisfied - in order to spend the night, excellent value for money if you are going to Pattaya without lying in your room.

We liked the hotel, without any frills, but in the very center of Pattaya. Studio room, no hair dryer, Internet only in the lobby, you can buy a SIM card at 7 Leven, there is a thermopot, glasses, plates, pans, a working stove, refrigerator, microwave, large bed, 2 chairs, coffee table, TV, balcony, there is nothing for gatherings. Just carry chairs with a table from the room to the balcony and watch the sunset. The girls did well, they cleaned well, replenished the water and gel/ shampoo. Standard breakfast, scrambled eggs with sausages or rice with chicken, tea, coffee, watermelon, jam, bread ... Near the beach, terminal 21.7 level Within walking distance- Alcasar , the show is great, I liked it) Food was bought at terminal 21, on the Food Court floor. Very tasty. But Tom-yam really liked the BIG-S on the ground floor. In the direction of terminal 21,you turn right from the Marina shopping center and get a wonderful Thai massage.

We had a rest in March 2023. For your money, a completely normal hotel! It is located in the center, next to the sea, with a night food market (by the plane). Not far from the main street - Volkin Street, where we went for a walk, the port, from where we went to the islands. The room is spacious, equipped with a kitchen, but we did not use it - it is easier, cheaper and tastier to eat at the market, which is right at hand, there are also cheap fruits. There is a supermarket nearby, where they bought drinks at reasonable prices. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. The repair is old, but quite neat, without livestock. The windows overlooked the courtyard, peace and quiet. The breakfasts are meager, but we ate enough. The staff is friendly, they responded to all our requests. One evening we returned to our room, the electricity went out in it, at the first request we were immediately moved to a huge brand-new luxury comfortable room with a balcony, like kings!, a view of the square with an airplane, music, illumination until the morning, ! But in the morning we were happy and bounced back to our quiet standard. To whom show-offs are more expensive than money, but we were in this modest cheap hotel like in paradise. Russian Russian travel agency took excursions to Cambodia, Bangkok and Kwai - cheaper than a tour operator by 30%, payment in rubles by transfer to a Savings Bank card, we traveled in the same groups on comfortable buses and with Russian guides as tourists of tour operators.

We had a rest in December 2024. The hotel fully complies with the stated characteristics. All the equipment and furniture is in old condition, but it is working properly and performs its functions 100%. There are two types of breakfasts, everything is delicious and satisfying. Room cleaning for 5 plus, clean linen and towels every day. The main feature of this hotel is the kitchenette, which helped to cook a simple dinner and peel fruits. We were given a room with a view of a vacant lot away from second street, which saved us from the night noise. Conclusion. The hotel is not bad, but only for those who come to relax during the day and sleep in the evening, I do not recommend it with children.

We have been arriving at this hotel for the 4th time in a row. Everything is fine. We always have a room with a kitchen, where there is a minimum set of dishes for cooking. If something is not there, then you can ask, they will give you everything. They are cleaned every day. Linen is always changed, too. It's an old hotel. But the ate-slept-went for a walk function (and there is no other need for it) is performed perfectly. One of the disadvantages is a very noisy subway. But you get used to it on the third day. Some kind of bar has been built on the street side and it's impossible to fall asleep from the music in it. We asked to change the number, they changed it for us without additional charges and unnecessary questions. About the breakfasts. Everything is delicious, but it's the same every day. On the third day, we started cooking ourselves, but it didn't really mar our vacation.

Literally EVERYTHING is bad ! We had to move out of this hotel the next day after checking in. Our room looked like an apartment for binge drinkers. Everything is so dirty and old that it's scary to look at. The curtains have not been washed for many years, everything is terribly stained with dirt. The bed linen is gray , so stripped down . There was no hot water, a technician came and tried to fix the water heater, but it didn't help. Corrosion from old age came out on the refrigerator, enamel bulged on the door and rust climbed. It's scary to sit on chairs, it seems that they stood on the street for a year, and then they were brought into the room. The clothes hangers are made of bent wires, just plain wire. There is no balcony. There is an ashtray in the room right on the table, for the first time in my life I regretted that I did not smoke! It is very convenient for smokers. It's very noisy at night, music is playing from the street, and the remote air conditioner unit is cracking near the window. And it's Deluxe! View the photos.

I love this country very much and have already vacationed in Thailand 10 times in different hotels, and this hotel is the worst of all. Yes, Thailand is the country where you only spend the night in a hotel, and when choosing a hotel you are guided by three main factors: 1. location (for everyone); 2. cleanliness; 3. uninterrupted supply of hot water. Cleanliness in this hotel is not their thing at all! The upholstered furniture is dirty, the cabinets are all stained and streaked, the windows (balcony doors) have apparently never been washed since the commissioning of this hotel, the same with the curtains is generally a separate picture: it seems that they survived the renovation, the flood and the Chinese housewarming. Yes, the towels were changed, and the bed linen is also relatively clean, but the rooms are cleaned... also of questionable quality - hair and debris were left on the floor regularly, the bathroom mirror was also cleaned at its discretion, etc. I had three rooms changed for various reasons (in the first room the Windows overlooked the construction site - from early morning to late evening noise, the second room was just in terrible condition, the third of all was 3 with a minus). The owner of the hotel is really a very strange character - he definitely cannot be called a friendly and hospitable host. But the service staff (girls)-well done, and smiled as is customary in the land of smiles)), and always responded to requests (they would still learn how to do high-quality cleaning) A lot has already been written about breakfasts - they are monotonous, two dishes (the same) to choose from every day - scrambled eggs with bacon+2 sausages or rice with vegetables and chicken. In general, if you suddenly fly to Pattaya for the first time, never choose this hotel.

They gave each their own number, a door between them, you can go to each other if you want. The rooms are bright, large, with a balcony. There is a small kitchen, a decent living room where you can sit, and a separate bedroom. The linen is clean, cleaned daily. I have no complaints. It should be understood that the hotel is not new and inexpensive. The breakfasts are monotonous, but there are so many food options outside the hotel that it's okay. The location is very good, there is a market across the street, a huge selection of fruits and seafood. There are many cafes on the first coast and it is noisy at night, it is quiet here. We liked it. We got caught in the rain, swam in the rain and were happy.

I rested there from 21.01.19, 10 days. The hotel is clean, the elevator is working. The rooms have poor furniture, a view from the balcony to the courtyard (i.e. no) near the red light street. Breakfast at the hotel is...but rare. But nothing upset us and nothing distracted us - we were going for warmth, the sea, and the exotic.
