Parking was promised in the release, they did not deceive, it is there, small, adjacent to the hotel, only it is municipal. Parking is not always possible, there may not be enough places. The location of the hotel is good. Close to the city center, a couple of kilometers. Food. The food is ordinary. The choice is quite good for a tourist without any special problems. Swimming pool, sauna, everything is as it says. Steam up and swim from 7 a.m. The elevator will smoothly take you from the living floor to the ground floor. Enjoy. Staff. Generally helpful. You won't see any smiles, but they will try to fulfill everything you ask. It was sometimes difficult to get information at the reception. Things were better in the restaurant, they understood better. Everything is fine with the language, sometimes there are difficulties with understanding the resident. We left late, we asked to leave the room later, the season is low, we were allowed. What's wrong with that? With a TV. You won't find native channels. And you won't find anything at all. It takes a lot of work to set up something on the TV. You couldn't transfer the video sequence from your tablet or phone. If you ask me, will you come again? I will answer: yes, I will come.

We came back to Bishkek for a week and decided to stay at the 4⭐️ Plaza Hotel Bishkek. - Convenient location; - Friendly and helpful staff, polite; - The hotel is clean and beautiful.; - The rooms are clean, well furnished, nice and white towels and linen. Of the cons: - We were given only 1 key card for two, which also opened the door with difficulty, we had to stand and "rub" the key area for a long time to open it. - I would like the cleaning to be carried out more efficiently: for 7 days it was not vacuumed (as there were traces of dust in place that had been moved a little, debris on the floor, bathroom floors and near the sink, as well as the sink itself, had not been washed even once during the stay. - In the presence of dirty dishes, the dishes were not washed, and they were dirty. - The air conditioner smelled like a toilet, an impossible smell. It passed only after some time.

I really liked it, better than the vaunted Ambassador! It's clean, nice, and cozy. It reminded me of the Moscow Reddison Collection, only a small one. I was in a room on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the mountains, it's just a pity that I was able to. Special thanks to the guy at the reception who wouldn't let an uninvited guest in. Now I'll only stay with them.
