The hotel is located in the city center, next to the Rossiya Cinema. By a happy coincidence, we were upgraded to a Suite room. The room was large, bright, 2-room. The hotel is clean, cozy, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. I especially want to mention the amazing taste of cheesecakes. Thanks for the good work.

It's a good hotel, one of the best I've ever been to.
Located in the center.
I stayed in a junior suite - the room is bright, spacious, comfortable. Everything is in its place: a spacious wardrobe with hangers and shelves, a living area with a sofa and armchairs, a comfortable large bed, a work desk, a kettle. Replenishment of water/tea/ shower gel/shampoo daily. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in the room.
The hotel has a spacious swimming pool (only the sauna unfortunately does not work).
Breakfasts - not to say a very large selection, but very high-quality: there were vegetables and fruits, salads of 2 types, baskets with caviar, sausage cheeses, breakfast cereals of 2 types, porridges of 2 types, eggs with sausages, rice with meat gravy, pancakes, cheesecakes, mini-pies with meat, mini-cakes like cheesecake... In short, everyone will find something to their liking.
The reception staff is friendly and ready to help and solve any problems.
The only small disadvantage is the quality of cleaning - for 5 nights they never changed the bed linen and did not wash the cups a couple of times. But if you don't pay attention to these little things, everything else is great!

It's not the first time I've stopped. Polite staff. Good breakfasts. Good location. BUT every time, at different times of the year, there is a problem with air conditioning in all rooms (I also took a junior suite). And the water in the pool is always very cold, it feels like 15-17 degrees.

There was a funny incident: there was no landline phone in the room. None of the staff could help. To the question, where is the equipment? They said that because it was the day off, he was resting. I often stay at this hotel for work, the rooms are good, but the service in the restaurant is disgusting and makes me angry. Half of the items from the menu don't happen, then there are still any problems, and then they cook for an hour and a half, and the only answer to questions about the problem is that they cook, and I'm sorry, nothing more… they may also just forget that they need to serve visitors who are sitting and waiting for 2 hours for now.

The rooms were mixed up when checking in, although everything was paid in advance. All the wrong things are reflected in their booking history. Breakfast was paid for, but refused not included. The qualifications of the reception staff are low. They speak Russian, but they can't figure out and do anything, they don't make decisions themselves. In a conflict situation, they do not understand what to do. The problem is not solved without an administrator, but there is no administrator. The service is very long at the reception.

I stayed at the hotel from the 24th to the 27th. I chose this hotel specifically because I came to have an operation and the clinic is a 4-minute walk from the hotel. On the first day there was a problem with the air conditioning in the room, I called the reception and asked to solve the problem because the room is very stuffy and hot, I know how to use the air conditioner and there was a significant difference between the cool in the hallway and the room, although I put the air conditioner at 17 degrees cold. I waited for 3 hours in a bad room with an open window and a door so that at least some air would enter the room. I find this unacceptable. I was alone on this trip and because of the heat I couldn't close the door to the room and stay safe. I called the 2nd time 1.5 hours after the first call and the girl at the reception told me to wait in a very irritated voice because the technician is very busy. I have never asked for more than a maintenance base and did not come to create problems, I just asked how much longer to wait. After another 1.5 hours in the stuffiness, I realized that if I did not leave the room, I would faint. I went to the reception and asked again when the air conditioning technician would come up, to which the girls were very surprised and asked why he hadn't come up yet? And they told me to wait because he was probably busy, only after I started explaining that I had been waiting for 3 hours in a hot room after a night flight and wanted to rest, the girls started calling the technician. An hour later, a technician (whose shirt had security written on it) came to my room and spent another 40 minutes dealing with the air conditioner. He fixed it, saying that it would get better now, it got better, but the air conditioner was at 17 degrees and it felt like 25 degrees. In the evening of the same day, I went down to the restaurant for dinner and my card did not pass through the terminal, I have international cards they pass in Dubai, London, Israel, Venice, but they did not pass in your hotel, I had to go to change dollars to pay for dinner. The day after my surgery, for which I came and stayed at this hotel, I was asked to move out to their other Discovery Hotel..... why did I have to show your manager, who is sitting at the reception desk, the place of my operation so that she would make sure that I was not lying? Why did she keep asking me which clinic I had the operation at? Why is this attitude towards a person if it's a girl who travels alone? If I am a well-mannered person and treat the working staff with respect, does this not mean that you can wipe your feet on me, talk irritably if the person does not conflict but just speaks POLITELY about the wrong order? The fact that I didn't set up a scene in the lobby waiting in the stuffiness for 3 hours doesn't mean that you can do whatever you want with me! The intelligentsia does not mean a SUCKER !!!
Do I need to talk to you brazenly and arrogantly so that you feel the boundaries? So that you feel respect for your guests? This is the most terrible hotel, I do not recommend it!

It seems to be a good hotel in a good area. Good breakfasts, there is a selection of fruits, dried fruits, cheeses, omelets. There are always several types of hot dishes. The staff is very friendly. But the room has not been cleaned once in three days, and the towels have not been changed once. The rooms in the entire hotel do not have locks in the bathrooms, some rooms have transparent glass doors to the bathrooms. The pool has very cold water, it is not heated at all. Only "walruses" can swim in it. The sauna didn't work at all. There was not a single conveniently located charging station in the room. The phones had to be charged from a single outlet near the refrigerator. The lamp by the bed was not working.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Attentive and courteous staff. A fairly varied breakfast buffet. The disadvantage is that there are no sockets next to the headboard. Just behind the fridge. Of the three, one did not work. And the cord of the table lamp on one of the nightstands was rewound with duct tape. I take off one star for these two points.

First, when calling, they called one amount, from when they arrived at the hotel at the reception, the same manager calls the amount a little higher, after you tell him that they called the other one lower on the phone, to which he pauses, looks for something in the monitor (pretends that there is a lot of information and he is confused)) and he says yes, it's really a little cheaper)). Secondly, the next day in the morning we were supposed to have breakfast for which I paid initially, but I did not have time for it for 30 minutes because I was going and did not plan to return to the room anymore (I was leaving), I went to the reception and asked if I could go to breakfast, to which the girl with inflated lips answers You're late) The table was set for you but you didn't come) I could have come up with something smarter, since in no hotel the table is served personally for everyone at 7 a.m. and this food is not on the table until 11 o'clock (breakfast time), well, that's okay, I've already measured up for breakfast, I ask well, maybe at least they will pour me coffee there, because I paid everything still, for breakfast, which includes tea or coffee), the answer was "I can't help you with anything")) Of course, I don't care about that coffee, but it's just ridiculous that they squeezed cups of coffee that had been paid for, and I just wanted to sit in the lobby and drink coffee while the taxi was driving. It was also very cold in the room, they asked the girl to send a master to set up the air conditioner, but in the end no one did anything, or it was broken. Draw conclusions, gentlemen.

Not a bad hotel, for Bishkek in general. Located in the center. There is a small parking lot. The breakfasts are monotonous, of the same type. Coffee is brewed through a filter /funnel (drip type), in Kyrgyzstan, in principle, there are problems with coffee, even at Gazpromneft gas stations.
Customer focus on minimals, sluggish staff, there is no daily cleaning at all, they do not change hygiene supplies, they do not take out the trash. Everything has to be reprimanded at the reception. I wouldn't stop a second time. Overrated by booking, there is a sign on the counter 8,9. Actually Booking 8.2 with a lot of negative reviews. I stayed on the advice of friends. I wouldn't have stopped by again. The hotel administration needs to reconsider its approach to business and personnel management, good luck.

I liked the room itself. Big and cozy. They were greeted warmly at the reception.
I withdraw a point for breakfast, unfortunately, I did not like it very much + during our stay, the pool and spa area were not working + weak wifi.

I sent the laundry and 2 white T-shirts to the laundry, by the evening they brought 2 T-shirts that were not mine. By one o'clock in the morning, they found mine. At the same time, the maid came and said it was necessary to pay the women in cash for the laundry "how much is not a pity." I said okay, there's no cash now, I'll come back later. I went to the ATM and the manager tells me to pay at the reception, the maid says she got something mixed up, they can't pay with their hands

I really liked it, better than the vaunted Ambassador! Clean, beautiful, cozy. Recalled the Moscow Reddison Collection (ex. Ukraine) is only small.
