The pilaf is not delicious!!! I do not recommend going to this institution. Choose another place for pilaf.

Fast, inexpensive, very good, but for my taste pilaf in the Tashkent pilaf center tastes better. The Bukhara version is less fatty, since the ingredients are boiled first, but I lacked spices

A real pilaf center with a national flavor and hospitality.
Trained staff, hypersonic service.
There are a couple of types of pilaf to choose from with additional options.
Just don't miss the filing hours from 11 to 15.
We arrived after 13:30 and only Bukhara pilaf remained available.
We were very satisfied with the impressions and taste.

Delicious Bahur pilaf. The portions are large, so you can safely take 0.7 servings per adult. It is better to come before 11-12 days.

The pilaf is delicious. The restaurant is huge. Tourists come in groups, there is enough space for everyone. We were in the hall, where you can see the cauldrons in which pilaf is being prepared. The volume is amazing. There is no huge assortment of dishes, but they bring everything very quickly. You can order a serving of either 0.7 for an adult and 0.5 for a child.
I put a minus for the toilet. He's the only one in the whole place! Queues are forming and it's dirty inside: the trash basket is overflowing.

Mediocre service, 3 times asked to bring an extra plate. The pilaf is tasteless. An extended place, and there are 0 pleasures.

It is a very tourist place where everyone goes to eat pilaf. There are a lot of people, which is explained by the popularity.
Bukhara pilaf is different from Tashkent and Samarkand, it is necessary to try it. You can watch and take pictures of how pilaf is made.
In general, I recommend the place.
I took off one point for the service. I understand that the waiters are loaded, but if the service fee is included in the bill in a separate line in the institution, then it is necessary to provide this service.

There are Samarkand and Bukhara pilaf to choose from, vegetable salads, and something else national. Bukhara pilaf is in this institution that I like more, as if it is juicier or something. And you can take a portion of 0.7 (Samarkand only a full portion). The place is popular, very lively at lunch. There are 3 halls working there, if you want to sit more calmly, then go to the last hall)

For establishments of this level, the snack menu is quite standard, but the main thing in such places is of course PILAF.
We took Bukhara pilaf-it's very tasty! Unfortunately, we couldn't try the Samarkand one either.
I definitely recommend it

We visited this place on the recommendation of the hostess of the hotel where we stayed in Bukhara.
Definitely a good place. Normal furniture, good service, everything is brought very quickly.
We took an almost complete menu - it's also small. Pilaf and all salads. Pilaf is very tasty, kazy is also delicious. Pickles are probably the best that we have tasted in Uzbekistan.
The quality of the place is also indicated by the fact that almost all the tables were occupied by local residents.
I recommend a visit.

The pilaf is delicious, but I'm not sure that it was exactly the osh sophie that is prepared and served on the morning of the wedding day in Bukhara. I always imagined that the rice had to be snow-white. There were few raisins. I was pleased that 10% was charged for the service, not 15% as indicated in the menu.

Finally, we got to the Uzbek pilaf!!! What can I say, it's wonderfully delicious, beyond all expectations, it's not at all the same in our Uzbek people!!! I liked Samarkand pilaf more personally, it is drier, Bukhara is fatter, but with raisins, which is also delicious!!! The prices are quite reasonable, in general we were very satisfied, we are going to try pilaf in other cities of Uzbekistan!!!

Good afternoon dear travelers?!
I want to tell you, this cafe is not something that really tastes like pilaf.
Bvli and her husband on February 25, 2024, after visiting Samarkand, where they also tried pilaf (but not where it is advertised with might and main, but in a quiet cozy place where there are many locals), in Samarkand the cafe is called "AKOBIR OSHga Marhamt"
So, in this institution, "The Plov " pilaf is not delicious, just the place was advertised and that's it!!!!
Service without any interest to the client, when serving pilaf, in all previous cafes, they offer all the ingredients of the dish that are attached to the pilaf, here they threw a plate with a floor that is not tasty as in other establishments and that's it....

Perfectly! After several times here - a trip to the gastroenterologist with overeating.)) It is impossible not to eat. The cafe specializes in pilaf, there is nothing else here, in fact, but it is delicious. According to the price tag, it is very inexpensive. Of the minuses: tourists are transported here by buses and there may not be a place for lunch, although the halls are huge, well, this is no longer a restaurant, but a cafe - come and just sooo delicious to eat.
