The pilaf is average, it was tastier in Kazakhstan, and there was more meat in Astana. I also didn't like that they ordered a large portion, and we ordered a small one. Counting the big one. The price difference is small, but a small portion was not enough for 2 adults. The service is terrible. I went up to the waiter 2 times, everyone who came 5-10 minutes later had already brought pilaf, we did not.

This is a normal place if you are hungry and want pilaf. The staff is polite, the service is fast, the menu is small, but they come here for pilaf. What I want to say about the pilaf itself. Bukhara pilaf is COOKED! Moreover, all the ingredients are separate! Mix shortly before serving. Therefore, it is more dietary, not so fatty (if anyone is interested). I don't know if Bukhara pilaf is served here, but everything is edible. I recommend.

The best place in Bukhara where pilaf is cooked. We arrived at exactly 12 o'clock, all three halls were occupied. I had to wait a little bit. Visit from 11 to 15, but it is better not to delay, otherwise you will stay at the broken trough (empty cauldron).
A serving of 350 grams is just right for one adult man. If desired, kazy or quail eggs will be added. The service is just great.
Also on the menu is a wonderful okroshka on ayran. And also a gorgeous black tea with lemon and honey - for a drink.

Now I will express only my subjective opinion. But no! Pilaf, of course, nothing. But you can't call it insanely tasty. I tried 4 pilafs in Bukhara and this is the third one at best.
The service is also questionable, because the flow of people is large and the attitude corresponds to this. Waiters are quite indifferent to visitors even at the time of ordering, and even more so after that.
