I made an appointment because of the constant pain in my neck, especially after sleeping. There was a feeling that the neck was "jammed", it was painful to turn my head. At the consultation, they questioned everything in detail, sent for an examination, and then selected an individual course. In my case, they did stretching, electrical stimulation and massage. I would like to mention the physiotherapist Artyom Nikolaevich separately — he always asked about his well-being, selected the intensity carefully, without sudden movements. After the course, the pain was almost gone, and most importantly, the stiffness in the mornings disappeared. The interior of the clinic is pleasant, without the "hospital" atmosphere. But the wardrobe is a bit cramped if it matches up with other patients.
