The Rent is by far the best car rental company I've ever used. Everything from the customer relations, informing me of the driving rules in Kazakhstan (which are very different to where I live in Thailand and England and can be tricky), and the car which was exactly the car I wanted (a Toyota LC) to being understanding when we were late, was perfect. I highly recommend The Rent if you need a car whilst you're in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Stress free car rental with the utmost respect.

My experience with the company has been extremely positive. They are very pleasant guys, open-minded, always ready to answer all questions, help with the choice, and advise something. They waited for us after the plane to rent a car, although the office should have been closed by that time, we didn't have any cash, we went to the exchanger together, everything was very human, with respect, with kindness. We prepared all the documents in advance, immediately paid attention to all the features of the body, warned about the rules of driving in Kazakhstan. We went to a meeting with the return of the deposit not to the card, but through the crypt. Yes, you didn't write about the refund yourself, but the notification in the calendar after 14 business days resolves this issue. I think for those who care about collateral, writing unilaterally is not a problem) I wish the guys good customers and feedback, and I will return to Almaty to get a car for them!

Good rental, cars in good condition. The only thing that upset me was that they waited more than a month for the deposit to be returned. But they returned it in full as there were no fines.
