I would like to express my gratitude to the doctors and the director of the RNPC for their professionalism, responsiveness and prompt resolution of our appeal and issue. Exactly a month ago, an operation was performed on an almost emergency basis to remove adenoids, bypass the eardrums and trim the tonsils by Dr. Tchaikovsky Vladimir Viktorovich and a team of other doctors, and our anesthesiologist was Dr. Evgeny Igorevich Polovikov.  I thank each of them for their sensitive and attentive attitude to my 3-year-old daughter during and after the operation.  My daughter's hearing was restored quite quickly, too, despite the serious intervention and long-term operation. I also want to express my gratitude to Nikolai Ivanovich, Director of the RNPC Greben, for not refusing us hospitalization at this Center.  We have been seeing the Center's sign language specialist for more than a year and have already had eardrum bypass surgery twice.  All doctors always inspire confidence and confidence that the child is in safe hands. Thanks to the entire RNPC team once again from our family. We wish prosperity to the institution, and grateful patients to the doctors and management. P.s. separately, I would like to say thank you to the girl doctor who unexpectedly gave my daughter a luminous ring after surgery. I said that I was from another city, that I would be in Minsk at 9 a.m., which means I was going home in the evening, I was booked for 15, 17.18 hours, how do I catch the train? should I probably spend the night at the train station or does your center provide overnight accommodation?! When asked to reconsider the time, I heard, why didn't you say that it didn't fit?! And you asked me if it was a convenient time, just wrote it down and notified me. Then she signed me up for 9 a.m.)) she probably thinks that I'm teleporting right from the train station to the center)) I don't understand how you work there at all! You can't write to you, only to foreign citizens, how is that?! People who don't hear at all, how should they communicate with you?! Foreigners can write to them with bread and salt, both diplomatically and in Belarusian. I don't understand, in general, how anyone can sign up there. A convenient center only for citizens of Minsk. The rest of them are tormented, especially when you have an MREC commission and you need several doctors. It is not realistic to pass in one day. Even for a fee. I think it was done on purpose so that at this stage people would give up. 3 months of commission in my clinic for nothing, if I had known that there was still such a quest, I would have immediately refused. In general, this is how everything works in our country. You seem to be disabled, but without disability. You go to a center that works with people with disabilities and the attitude is disgusting. Make an online recording, let people record themselves when it's convenient for them. And so minimize contact with your operators, who find it difficult to solve the recording problem. I gave up, I don't want to go any further. It is useless to fight the system when there is such a mess at all levels. The cherry on the cake! And so, in response to my claims, I was sent to contact the window of the unified treatment system))) People, how I sympathize with you all that there are those who need to go there vitally. Fortunately, I have a choice, I lived without the help of the state, and I will continue to live. The state has shown itself in every building of the city, behind those people who sit on its behalf. Good afternoon, to write me a review, and even more so not a very good one, you need to try very hard to bring it to such a peak. So on 07/26/2024, there was a call to this center to enroll the child in the VSWP. At the reception, I was told to read out what was written in the direction from the polyclinic and which polyclinic sent it. The direction indicated "ksvp + consultation of a surdologist" Minsk polyclinic, which is not a little important. I was told by an employee that the child will have to sleep at this time. Will September 12, 2024 at 12:30 be suitable? I said yes, because the child is sleeping at about this time. I arrived at this center on 09/12/2024, we were sent only to a surdologist, which then she said at the consultation that let's do an aoemetry, and said that we would have to wait about 2 months. To which I said, we were already waiting and when recording it was said that the child needed to have a CVP. The doctor sent us to the registry office because she did not see that we were enrolled in the VSWP, and told us to check with the registry. After that, the reception still confirmed to us that we were not registered for the vswp. The question is why then it was necessary to specify at what time the child would sleep when making an appointment by phone on 07/26/2024? They also clarified at the reception, since we are from Minsk, they do not immediately register for the vswp for the first time. It is the Minsk residents. Next, we were offered time only for the month of December!!! And then there was no time suitable for the child's sleep. That is, in fact, the child must wait at least 5 months! To have this procedure done to him ? Almost six months! The fact that you deprimate an employee will not make it easier for anyone. A child has to wait such a long time, just because you don't train employees! And it doesn't matter if the registrar is sitting for a year or 25 years and laughing maliciously in his face. First of all, this is the face of the center at least. Due to improper consultation, the child does not receive treatment in a timely manner. You leave only good reviews on your website

The center is very good!The staff and doctors are polite, they will show and tell you everything!I had an operation here in 2012 in my opinion (they put a shunt in my right ear, removed the tonsils and adenoids).Everything went well, under anesthesia (in the direction).The palatala was good, now a lot of people also say that the center was good before and now! The prices for operations are crazy, of course, but it's worth it, because real specialists work here!To be honest, I don't remember who performed the operation, but the head of pediatric otorhinolaryngology was definitely at the operation. After the operation, they came for an examination every 2 months, and a year later it was time to get a shunt and one abnormal doctor told them to go to bed and remove it (I hope she no longer works and put 4 stars because of her), and another doctor (how familiar is the face, now he's the director, like-as I read) got it shunt without anesthesia and even gave it as a keepsake. Thank you very much who performed the operation on me, because then these doctors said that if they had not removed the tonsils (they had very strong pus on them), I would have stayed with the device for life ... thanks to the doctors in my city ... and then they helped!

The chief physician should pay attention to this outright rudeness. Then why is this division in the coupon issuing apparatus at all?! I haven't even reached the doctor yet - I've already got on a horse because of the incompetence of women at the registry!

I want to leave a review about the reception for insurance people pay money and sit under the cabinets for 2 hours, my client came to make an auditory sound in 1h20 minutes, only 2 people were called, and 5 people passed in the usual queue. Great doctors! I was at T.N. Butsenko's paid office, the diagnosis was made, the treatment was prescribed and the most important thing is that it helped! We visited three doctors - a speech therapist, a neurologist and a psychiatrist. Trash started initially, upon arrival at the registry, the girls at the registry are rude, rude, and answer questions with reluctance. First, we went to a speech therapist (I will not write the names, since it's not even about specific doctors, but about the general attitude and service) She yawned the whole reception , didn't even bother to cover her mouth with her hand , and in general didn't say anything sensible. Then we went to the neurologist, the doctor rewrote himself in a card everything that I brought from other institutions and based on this prescribed a course of treatment, and the last doctor was a psychiatrist, I could not properly describe the problem with which I arrived, since it was not an appointment, but a checkpoint, everyone came to the office they were not lazy, they interrupted, talked about personal topics, the doctor was constantly distracted, the nurse was talking very loudly with some other nurse who came to the office "on business" (the neurologist and speech therapist had such a situation, only to a lesser extent, everyone came in without knocking interrupted the reception), as a result, the doctor said that the neurologist prescribed the wrong treatment (!!!), but she prescribed another one, her treatment will be correct... Exactly according to the same scheme as the neurologist, the psychiatrist read all our conclusions from other medical centers and copied everything into her card.... After I finally managed to tell what I was worried about, all I heard from the doctor was that yes, such behavior takes place, but I did not say what to do..... I would really write it off as some kind of coincidence, but since we were in this center for the second time, and both times the situation was identical.... Perhaps the reason is that they would have been at the reception for free, according to the direction, perhaps if I had paid for the reception, then the attitude would have been different......
