One of the best hotels in Dubai. Among the palisade of multi-storey match buildings, this hotel is an oasis in the desert. The building has only 6 floors, the rooms are spacious and equipped with all the most modern and necessary equipment, a huge territory with a large number of sun beds. In Dubai, they say only brands are very expensive, in Marina they say there are also brands but cheaper, the star was removed due to difficulty in communication, although this does not apply to comfort, be sure to buy SIM cards, they are free literally for a day, then they do not work, and they do not have heating, it is very cold in the hotel, they were at the end of December A warm bathrobe won't hurt. And in general, it's very cool there, it's gorgeous. There is nothing to do with less than a thousand bucks, and then it's only for food and excursions, they also charge 100 dirhams tourist tax upon check-in and 500 dirhams deposit - they return it upon check-out.

I didn't really like it. The staff tries hard, but the hotel is old. Of the minuses - The room smelled musty from the carpet. The faucet in the bathroom didn't work. Some terrible smell in the toilet, I think it was drawn from other rooms. All the time it seemed that in our absence someone came to our room and there ... well, you know. The room on the second floor with a view of the garden is very dark, there is not enough lighting. There are queues for breakfast. If you have breakfast outside, there is a constant feeling of unsanitary conditions - a huge number of birds. More than once we have already seen a set table, on which crows sat down, who trampled on the appliances, and then people were put there. It seems like they clean the tables with decontaminating agents, I saw, at the same time the remnants of birds are always visible and remain on the wicker table ....tables for dinner need to be booked in advance, we did not immediately realize and there were no seats, there really is nowhere to eat with a small child. We had to order in the room, and despite our half-board, the hotel put us on the bill for dinner, since it's in the room, not in the restaurant. Drinks are expensive and paid, even if you have half board. There is no service on the beach, it is impossible to drag a stroller on the sand, you will not get help. The beach is not very clean. My daughter constantly found used plasters, tubes, cigarettes, etc. (she is 1.5). You can't eat on the beach, only the drinks are tasteless. There are a lot of little things - there is no spoon in the coconut to eat the pulp, there are no wooden paths for the stroller. There are often queues for boarding for breakfast, if you order coffee, they won't bring it. All the time at night and early in the morning some carts were rolling under the window, they woke up every time. One of the advantages is a varied breakfast. They asked to cook special food for the child - they cooked more often than not. Responsive staff. Excellent cleaning (the guys are really good at cleaning!). They made us an Olivier salad for the New Year (thanks to the chef)! Delicious pasta in an Italian restaurant. Dinner for lunch on the half board was changed without any problems. In general, the main value of the hotel is the staff!
