It's the worst Hotel I've ever seen. The room was poorly cleaned. Even the garbage was not completely thrown out, the food was waiting for an hour in the hotel restaurant and it was brought not what I ordered. When asked, the manager started being rude! I do not recommend it. Disappointed in the Ritz for the first time

Great hotel. There are minor inconveniences: in some places in the corridors there are quite high stairs, and quite often there are rooms in which the bathroom door is not an ordinary swing, but a very high sliding one - this is not very convenient.
