It's a very cool hotel like all the Ritz. The food is at the highest level. Located next to the mosque. If you just want to stay at the hotel, you are definitely here. Abu Dhabi itself is a bit boring, so you don't have to go there. You can go to the mosque once in your life. Take shawls and floor-length dresses with sleeves right away, otherwise they won't let you in and will force you to buy their hoodies. But they are beautiful by the way, and it will be the best for a photo! The cost is 20-30 dollars. There are luxury ones for 200-400 dollars. But it looks great for photos over 20.
The hotel is big. The territory too. There is access to the sea and its own beach. When I want to get away from the world, I'll come back here without hesitation!💝
Ps: hookahs are great. Disposable tubes are immediately visible. There is trust.

A great place for a relaxing, leisurely vacation. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the cleaning is decent. The service is basically top-notch. Istria 's bathroom was not thought out - there was only one hook for the entire bathroom , and there was nowhere to hang our three bathrobes and towels . They hung it unaesthetically on the edge of the bathtub. Such thoughtlessness in small things is surprising. We paid for breakfast and dinner, tripled everything! Oysters every other day! There is a variety of food for all tastes. Special thanks to Iman, who is very friendly and caring! On May 9th, we were pleasantly surprised by the congratulations in the room! I was pleased with the beach - sun beds, towels, staff - everything is at the highest level. Maybe we'll come back, although we are fans of Atlantis in Dubai.

I am writing only a personal opinion. This is a fabulous place. The hotel is for wealthy respectable people. Luxurious interior, well-trained, very attentive staff, excellent rooms. The house-keeping service cleans daily, changes linen and towels. Food for every taste, an abundance of fruits, sweets, drinks. The chef is a master of his craft. Water and ice cream are brought on the beach. Air conditioning is everywhere, excellent sound insulation. The audience is local Arabs, Germans, British, Spaniards. Africans are coming in. The main thing for me is that there are no drunken, smoking and swearing tribesmen. For this reason, I stopped going to Dubai, where there were a lot of such people, unfortunately. And here the cost of staying at the hotel cuts off such. That is, ladies come to the restaurant for dinner in long dresses, and not in wet swimsuits from the beach. The hotel values its reputation. If you are interested in shopping, then taxis are on duty at the entrance to the hotel. It takes 15 minutes to get to the Mall, an average of 35 AED. Actually, there is nothing to add. This is a great place to relax. I had a great pleasure. I hope to come here again.

The best vacation!! Enjoy all the splendor of the Ritz Carlton 5* Abu Dhabi. If you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle, enjoy the best service, and enjoy a very tasty meal, come HERE! There were 12 days in May-June 2024. The weather is great, although the thermometer is 36-38C. The sea is shallow, but after 15 hours the tide is high and here too 5 stars. There is live music at the entrance to the hotel, the doorman will meet you and offer you dates with nuts, chocolates, cold water or tea (you can come and take it all day). Settling in autumn is fast. The rooms are large, bed linen is a pleasure, silk bathrobes, full cleaning 2 times a day, chocolate and fresh water and slippers at night, wooden toothbrushes, expensive soap cosmetics, water in glass, coffee, tea, milk, ironing board. A cooled pool, free sun beds, suntan products in the assortment are free of charge, they take care of you (lay towels, wipe glasses), at 10:00 they deliver free carbonated juice for free, water in a bucket with ice on the table by the sun beds (change as it melts) for free, children's sticks, mattresses, toys are all free- take it)), a zone for children under a large tent, there is always plenty of space - and most importantly, silence, no music, birdsong, and the noise of nature, like in PARADISE. A good hotel for the money. It is a good one, not an excellent one. We had a standard room with a view of the pool. Positive: service, food (good breakfasts and restaurants on site),, good swimming pool.beautiful interior . The room has everything you need, including an iron. The air conditioner is quiet. What confused me: despite the fact that there are a lot of visitors from Russia, there is not a single TV channel in Russian, stupid plumbing (exhaust shower in the bathroom, a bunch of clever movements to turn on hot water, warm water in the toilet in the sink is only cold). Shower gels cannot be taken out (I was not going to, but the fact is) - a fine of 90 dirhams. The plumbing itself is worn out. The pool is good, and the canal next to it is dirty. I had to go to Sadiyat to go for a swim. Definitely not here with the kids.

The location is quite good. There is a large mosque nearby. It has beautiful views. Nearby is the Oasis of Dignity memorial. Unfortunately, the "sea" is the Grand Canal. You can still swim in the morning. After lunch, the water goes out and the depth is knee-deep. There is a boat, you can ride on it or on a banana. A nice pool for adults and for children. The rooms are equipped with everything you need, cleaned daily, everything is clean. There is a kettle, a coffee machine. They bring chocolates. The food is decent. Breakfast is all inclusive, there is a choice. The dishes are quite tasty. The fruits were just not particularly ripe at the beginning of April. Lunch and dinner, if the system is all inclusive, must be reserved the day before. There are 3 restaurants available: Chinese, Lebanese and steakhouse. There's a menu for 235 dirhams per person. If you only have breakfast, then there are other restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the staff is attentive. There are few Russian speakers. Taxi from the hotel at any time of the day. There is a wine and vodka shop with a wide selection on site.

The hotel is great in everything!!!
All the staff are polite, attentive and always ready to help - doormen, concierges, managers, waiters, bartenders and even cleaners. A very beautiful foyer with fresh flowers and musical accompaniment on the piano. Spacious, clean rooms with a chic bathroom. In my opinion, a very comfortable mattress (moderately hard) and pillows are the key to a great sleep :)
Kitchen - for every taste or diet)) Only the RITZ has ever seen such a variety!

A magnificent hotel! Excellent location (near the famous Sheikh Zayed Mosque), 20 minutes by taxi to the center, taxis are always available at the entrance to the hotel! A great hotel with very friendly staff. Bed linen is changed every day, a great breakfast, a more modest choice for lunch and dinner, but you can always find something. I don't eat spicy and spiced food and this is always a problem for me. The hotel has a Russian chef and thanks to him for choosing without spices. There is a choice of three restaurants on HB, after the Lebanese we felt bad. Towels are laid on the beach and water is brought. I really liked the brunch from the chef.

We are resting now at the Ritz Hotel. Of course, you can't compare with a hotel in Moscow (the level is much higher in Moscow), but it's normal for Abu Dhabi. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are very tired, the furniture is worn, the carpet is stained. In general, the staff is very polite, but without knowledge of English in this hotel it will be sooo difficult. Only foreigners have a rest and all the staff speaks broken English (mainly from India and the Philippines). I know English quite well, but sometimes I hardly understood "such" English. I was pleased that there was a girl Daria to clarify the needs of the guests, she was the only one who helped us with advice and solved some issues. For example, we gathered at the mosque, so she immediately brought me an abaya and a headscarf so that I would not buy or rent, advised a chic Saadiyat beach. The representative of the welcoming party (the guide) advised us terrible excursions. Distracted..... The food in the hotel is very good, of high quality. Quiet rest. Overall, a very good impression, everyone is trying to please. When you come to the beach or to the pool, they immediately prepare sun beds, bring towels, ice water, and ask what you need. The service is on top.But keep in mind if you come to one of the restaurants and order food with an unlimited amount of alcohol (we gave about $ 100 per person in a pan-Asian restaurant), then after one bottle they don't fit you anymore, one bottle is unlimited for them. Near the Sheikh's mosque , taxi right at the hotel, good beaches are also nearby (300 dirhams for two) . In Moscow, we were misled and told that we need to leave a deposit of 500 dirhams per day, in fact we left $ 40 per week. There is no up-to-date information on this hotel at all. Wi-Fi is good everywhere, even on the beach. Anyone who wants peace of mind will do.

We came for the third time. And they were already disappointed at the check-in. Firstly, for the first time in three times, the child was not given a welcome gift. She was waiting for him and was upset. Secondly, the receptionist said that I had to pay extra for breakfast for my 5-year-old daughter and gave me to sign a paper that I agreed to pay 54 dirhams per day. When I checked my reservation with, it stated that breakfast for children under 6 years old is free. I had to write a complaint to the support service, they contacted the hotel and did not take money from me when I was evicted. But the sediment remained (( Thirdly, for the first time in our extensive practice of staying in 4-5 star hotels, we were not checked into the room at the prescribed 14:00. Tired from the road, we waited until 16:15, sitting on the sofa in the lobby. I met such a bad attitude towards regular customers at the 1+Star hotel in Divnomorsk near Gelendzhik, but there it is still a "Scoop service", But I did not expect this from a 5-star hotel.
Apparently, the hotel decided to cut costs to the maximum. Wi-Fi works disgusting! Good only in the rooms, on the beach and by the pool does not work at all. It's a shame for the Ritz.
The breakfasts are generally not bad, but they have not changed at all for 5 years, the mushrooms are not fresh, but canned (the first time we meet not fresh in a hotel of this level), tea and coffee were interrogated only twice in 7 days. There are no desserts at breakfast in principle. There are buns and waffles, everything. No cakes, no mousses, no cakes, nothing.
There were two dreary cakes in the Dolce Cafe all the days. There are also only three options available from the desserts listed in the menu in the lobby. In the Venetian village, the only delicious restaurant was closed - Lebanese, with a camel at the entrance ((
More sadness - the boat no longer goes to the other shore in the evenings. Besides the fact that it was an easy way to get to the market and restaurants on the opposite shore, it was also a great evening entertainment. Alas. As we were told, the hotel forbade the boat to dock at the pier. What stupidity! If you are afraid that all the guests will leave for dinner to other places, then they are leaving anyway. Only now by taxi.
We had a not very pleasant incident at the children's club. In the evening, the children watched a cartoon on the street and the staff did not see that the little boy had left. His father came for him, found the missing child and in a panic everyone was running around the territory in the dark and looking for the boy. With this approach, I would not advise leaving them children.
I was pleased with the staff, especially by the pool. The guys are trying, friendly and friendly. The pool is warm and clean. Delicious food in all restaurants, they cook well, there are no complaints. A great dinner in honor of my birthday, fully justified the high cost. There were lobsters, oysters, sashimi, rolls, a huge selection of cheeses, meat and sweets.
In general, in our opinion, the hotel is gradually deteriorating and it is unlikely that we will return again.
